After the initial praise I shared, I sadly found the need to review the product after 9m of use. Considering my frequent use of the office the chair doesn't hold up too well after barely 9months! The initual order arrived with a damaged armrest adjustment part(plastic cover on the armrest regulation was broken) Customer service was very quick to respond and I received a replacement in couple days time. The chair was very comfortable considering my previous many other, but I have to admit I had no previous example of a "gaming" office chair to judge in comparison. Two months later I experienced another issue. The creaking and squeeking noises that seemed to come from within the base mechanism. Following the usual treatment when this happens after prolonged use (securing screws and any loose parts etc) Decided to once again contact cust service.This time also quick response.This time asking several times for images, videos of the problem. The rep dealing with the issue said they would send the whole base replacement, but before they could book it, I would need to remove the gas lift to send a photo of the chair dismantled. Again I wouldn't mind much but it took a trip to the hardware store to purchase a wrench able to grip the gas lift to detach it from the chair.The replacement arrived with a new gas lift and after re-installing the parts it was not making the annoying sounds for a while....Until now. In January. 7 months after the first replacement the same issue on top of another - the seat is coming apart at the stiching as it's not made correctly. I sent another message, not expecting a replacement seat but even willing to pay the cost, but also advice on the mechanism which failed again. The number isn't active and I am still waiting for a reply.As for the product comfort, all the issues aside I still find it very comfortable(again note this is compared to other office chairs of different design) The gas lift could be made longer as for a person 6ft+ tell the top settings is not nearly enough. The seat is comfy but the seams are not durable which after a while will start coming apart. I also suggest care when cleaning the gap between the seat and armrest from dust or anything that gets stuck. The sharp end of the bolts securing the base to the seat are sticking out and can easily cut your hand.Based on experience over 9months The comfort is not enough to balance the cost/value. Other chairs might not be as comfortable but at roughly the same price they did last 3y+ and any noise was easily solved with a bit of WD40 rather than replacement parts.

Do not buy, save your money for a better quality product. Chair is comfortable but poor quality.(I work from home so needed something to use 8-10 hours a day. Currently it's in the corner of my room and i continue to use my old one.)The arms are supposed to move up and down, but one doesn't lock into place the other is jammed in the lowest position.The tension adjuster doesn't work so there's only one setting. Because the the rocking back and forth is too soft it's therefore unusable.The centre stalk wobbles a lot so it only a matter of time before the chair breaks off the base.These issues were reported to Martunis Ltd straight away who responded quickly and asked me for a video to show moving/non moving parts. Video was sent but then i was asked to send photos instead.... Not sure how a static photo can be evidence of something that should move is not working.No resolution has been provided after 6 weeks of waiting!

Nice chair. Very comfortable. Been using about a month now and it hasn't broken or worn at all.Instructions were a little confusing as it says bolts come in a bag but some of them come in the chair already and the bagged ones are extras.Arms are pretty flimsy but not too off-putting. There was a stain on the back of my chair which I mentioned to support but they ignored that and continued discussing the build of the chair instead when I was having issues. Luckily I managed to get this off with a bit of scrubbing but it wasn't easy.I was a bit worried initially about ordering from a listing with hardly any reviews and not much info online about the company but I trusted instincts and went for it. I'm glad I did.Overall I would buy again. Very nice looking chair with a good level of comfort.

First it has to be said that this chair looks fantastic. It's comfy an functional. The down side has to be the '4D' armrests which are very wobbly and move position with the slightest bump, irritating to a point that I found I preferred the chair without them and simply removed them.The chair also creaks a bit but that shouldn't be a major problem unless you are a night-hawk afraid of waking up the house!

This chair cost a substantial amount of money in the scheme of things. It looks good. It initially felt extremely comfortable.. A few months later, I've got a chair with the gas needing replacing and despite two attempts to get support, still nothing back. Yes, I've had to send photos/videos but still nothing. The chair would be ok, if the gas cylinder hadn't failed. I wouldn't recommend Martunis to anyone at this rate. Avoid

I am a big boy 6'1" over 16 stones and it fits me like a glove. Material is partially perforated to allow some breathability.Super comfortable after hours of using and lumbar support are great.

Bought this for my boyfriend and he absolutely loves it. Very comfortable and easy enough to assemble.
