Asolo Men's Power Matic 200 EVO GV Long Distance Backpacking, Trekking, Technical Terrain Hiking Boots

I just returned from a trip to Colorado (2023). Lots of snow on the ground with mixed conditions and feet remained warm during 10° weather, snowmobiling, dog sledding etc while only wearing a pair of smartwool socks. Feet were incredibly comfortable, and remained dry!This is now my second pair of PM 200’s! The first pair is still in great condition (10 years old) but was left in storage when I left the state I was working in due to COVID. I have a ski/mountain trip planned and wanted a new pair so ordered them without hesitation. These are very comfortable, feel bomb proof, and makes you feel like these are the shoes you want on your feet during an apocalypse! Lol My only wish is that they had toe guards. Asolo used to make a Power Matic 500 that were designed this way but to my knowledge Asolo no longer makes them. Either way, these are extremely well made!

Love the boots. But they’re actually a lighter grey than the photo makes it seem… No where near a black or dark grey… but I like them nonetheless.

Nice boots, they are replacing another pair that finally gave up after 10 years.
