Great size, could ve a bit more sturdy, needs a bit of patience to put together but relatively easy I would buy another 1

This product arrived in the date with no issues. We checked all the parts which came all correct as per the instruction manual. The instructions are awful however we managed to work it out. The two dens are meant to come with two holes to allow easier access for the kittens but only come with one hole on each. The hanging balls are not on our product. Both these things I can deal with however my main issue is that the poles holding up the two dens are not meant to be bolted on even although they come with bolt holes!! On the bottom den this does not seem too much of an issue as the structure seems to hold it together so if a pole gets knocked out by a playful kitten it can fall but seems to not totally collapse.however on the top den this is the same but completely unstable!! If it were to fall I believe it could seriously injure or kill a small kitten. I will be able to fix this issue buy purchasing 16 bolts but this should not be required and as previously stated the bolt amount according to the instructions are all present and correct. It seems like the company have provided the kit minus 16 bolts expecting you to jam the poles in place. You should not have to make a product safe for your kitten yourself.

My two love it! Easy to put together. As they got older it got less sturdy as expected because they were heavier but they use it to this day and I use the bottom cubby hole as a place for their toys because they never use it, 10 out of 10 for the price too

Very confusing poorly thought instructions no items were labelled and need a ruler to measure the lengths of the pieces. It took me like 2 hours to build They expect you to he able to bend a solid piece of metal into an angle. Just give us a part that is the right shape to begin with. The tower doesn't look like the picture. More suitable for kittens or small cats . This will not hold much weight it is quite flimsy.

Bought to save my furniture from 2 new kittens. It was easy to put together and felt pretty solid, but all the dangling toys were trashed in a couple of hours. The poles were bent and despite putting them back it would be minutes until the kittens proudly dragged their 'kill' around the house again. A couple of weeks later the whole tree was tilting, so I checked all the fixings were tight. That didn't seem to be the problem. By the end of the 3rd month it was clearly beyond fixing. The lower pole was bent so badly that I put it against a wall in the hope that it would stay usable. Now a couple of weeks later, the topmost platform is bent right over. My problem now is do I put splints on the poles and rewrap string around them, or just chalk it up to a bad buy.

Was worried after reading other reviews but certainly not disappointed. Super value for money. Instructions were terrible but was pretty straight forward and is really sturdy. My new cat loves his new scratching tree. Abit bigger than I was expecting.

Its perfect for my 2 kittens, they absolutely love it, it's not to big if you want something a little smaller and has plenty to keep them occupied, also great as a sleeping place, their happy 😊

Product pole broken ladder doesn’t fit. No option to message buyer I don’t want a refund or to send back just wanted a replacement pole die to be being broke and ladder what actually can be attached. Also the poles doesn’t match picture. I’d sooner paid more and get something decent and what you pay for rather than this. Really flimsy won’t last a week poles are really thin

Bellissima! Colore più scuro rispetto alla foto, è tipo marroncino chiaro. No beige. E le palline non ci sono come in foto. Peccato! Per questo do 4 stelle su 5. Pagata 44 euro. Ottimo prezzo.

Its too small its better for kittens only. Will be giving it away to my daugthers friend with kittens

Optisch sieht er ok aus, trotz alledem bin ich enttäuscht. Dieser kratzbaum ist viel zu klein für ausgewachsene Katzen, und zu leicht, selbst wenn ein kleines kitten klettern wollte kippt er um, auch sind die Kratzsäulen nicht aus Sisal sondern aus billiger Packetschnur. Nicht zu empfehlen..
