I love that this is IFOS certified and i like the high dose of EPA in this because its exactly what i was looking for. No fishy taste and just 2 pills a day which i like to split between the morning and night for better absorption. Its also in triglyceride form which is superior to the traditional EE form that many other brands use.

These used to be my go-to source for Omega 3s (I have since switched to a vegan source). These fish oil pills did well to increase my energy, and it only took a few weeks to feel the effects. Since the modern western diet does not get enough omega 3s, I think supplementing them definitely helped me to feel better. My only criticisms: they were rather large and not very easy to swallow. Also, sometimes they could cause burping. If you want a strong source of omega 3s, though, then I would choose this brand.
