Type C Cable

I've had this cable for two months and I only use it to plug my phone in at night. The cord is pulling loose from the adapter and wire is now showing. The fabric coating came loose fairly soon after I purchased. I would not buy this again.Update: 3/30/17After reading my review the company contacted me to try and fix things. They told me they would partially refund or replace. I requested the partial refund and they decided to replace instead. So I barely use the new cable but today I plugged it into my pc to transfer some photos and such. I tried several times to transfer and each time I received an error that my device had stopped working. I changed to my Anker cord and immediately had no problem. Do not buy its garbage!

Update #2 (12/18): Cable is starting to die again. This is on a different computer, phone etc... Phone's connection to the computer is very flaky, don't breath heavy around it or you'll hear the disconnect notification. I am once again getting the slow charging notification. Down goes the old ratingUpdate: iOrange customer service sent me a new cable after I sent a couple of photos. New cable is working properly, so I am updating my review.Worked fine for about 8 months and then something internal must have started to wear down. Started to get "slow charging" notifications and now it's completely dead.

I first bought this brand a few years ago and it truly is the best! Since then I've bought a few others brands that looked similar - they weren't.Came back to these and I am so glad I did! Durable, nice long cord well made, with really forgiving bend points on either end.

The cable is thick, but conforms to how you shape it very nicely. Typically a heavy cable of this size would be awkward and difficult to keep in place, but the design of this cable allows for easy handling and placement. It looks like it will be durable as well. It's easy to keep the cable available for charging without making my desk look cluttered because I can route the cable exactly where I want it.The ends are solid, and also look quite durable. I liked it so much, I bought a second one immediately after the first one arrived.

About a year later, still work and works well, kind of wish the cable wasn't so stiff, but probably a reason for that

Edit 2: The charger has stopped working again - even when plugged directly into a wall outlet. Not a fan.Edit 1: I finally had the bright idea to try the charger connected directly to a computer or outlet (with an adapter) to see if the problems remained. They did not. So, the charger seems to work fine with my HTC 10, with the caveat that it does not play well charging the HTC 10 from a Surface charger. Where compatibility is concerned, who knows whose tech is to blame? So I'm amending my review from 1 star to four.I spent more than an hour reading products specs and reviews to find the right charger for my new HTC 10 Android phone. Apparently, I failed. This charger, while cool looking, was not compatible with my phone. I had a number of intermittent problems (none of the problems occurred every time, but one of the problems would happen more often than not). When I would plug it in, the phone's charging light would cycle on and off every second or so and the screen would stay on the whole time. Sometimes it would eventually settle down and charge normally, though slowly. Sometimes I would plug it in and the phone would not charge at all - or show any evidence that it had been plugged in. Not only that, but if that happened, the phone wouldn't even recognize other chargers, including the excellent lightning charger that came with the phone. I would have to reboot the phone so I could charge it. Finally, I had the USB end plugged into a USB port on my Surface's charger, and when I would plug the phone in, the Surface charger would stop charging my Surface too. Unplugging the charger from the phone (or the Surface charger) did not resolve the problem. I had to unplug and replug the Surface charger to get it to work.

Seems sturdy. So far no issues. Cord is thick. Construction seems to be well made of.

Works exactly as described, and charges my HTC 10 just like the original. It is heavy gauge so it actually feels stronger than the original.

Fast cable delivered maximum speed to my lg g6 (much faster than the cable that shipped with the phone). Using with Qualcomm fast charge adapter. It's a little long but that makes it versatile.

Great cable but not as fast as for charging as the stock HTC 10 cable.Update:After about a month of use the threading at the USB C side has started to come apart. Possibly due to the stiffness of the cable and how USB C can be put in both sides, applying a torque to the other side when plugin in could have caused this. Not too happy about this as expected more. Still feels like a quality cable and looks elegant.

Charge my G5 from under 10% to full in an hour and 10+ minutes (use the G5 adapter). The 2m length just perfect. A little pricey but well worth it.

What can I say more than this is great quality and this is my second purchase from this seller.

This cable is good quality, but Quick-charge doesnt work with it.
