MindWare Marble Run Regular add-on Set

Arrived in a timely manner, add on set came completely and a good addition to the set.

My grandson LOVES this marble run add-on! He already has one of these (from Christmas) so I bought him more pieces for his birthday in January. He and his sister ~ AND their parents, LOL ~ have a great time setting up the various tracks, changing them every time & watching the marbles run through!I plan to order more in the future for my son's children ~ I'm sure they will love it also. :)

I bought the 62-piece Plastic Marble Run (House of Marbles) for my kids for Christmas. The 62 piece kit was nice but didn't have a lot of variety and we (or I..not sure my kids care) wanted more to build with. I was happy to find that this Mindware Add-on (along with the 105 piece set) also fit with the House of Marbles run. I wasn't sure if they would be compatible when I bought it---it wasn't easy to tell except that the pieces looked similar in the pictures on the box. Anyway, I am excited that it all fits together and thought I would let you all know that the Mindware and House of Marbles plastic runs are compatible!

Although I do have little ones, the MindWare marble set is my toy. I bought this to supplement a larger set that I had purchased at Target, and I think it's a fantastic deal. Check out the clear piece that doesn't have a solid bottom, the marbles just roll across it and somehow don't fall through! Also, the large red sorter is very cool.

I bought the marble run for my 4 year old who is very mechanically inclined and he absolutely loves it. He needs help putting it together but he and his daddy have such fun creating many different ways to let the marbles fall. If you aren't willing to take the time to share this with your child then don't buy it but if you are - get ready for hours of fun together!

I purchased the marble run 100 plus piece set for my grandchildren, ages 3 and 4. (And for their mother, father and uncle as well). They all had a great time and so the next time I saw them, the add on set seemed the perfect coda. It satisfied my need to enhance the level of fun, and didn't add too much more clutter to the apartment.

14 of the 18 pieces come in the starter kit. I would like a few more pieces we haven't seen before.

My kids loved the additional pieces that came with this set - especially that wide red track. However, the set is not quite what is pictured here. For example, the blue "leg" is not part of the set and the translucent "spinner" is not. (Another "spinner" is, but it's one of the horizontal "to the side" kinds from the other set.) Also, there's only one of the clear "regular" pieces.All in all, I'm still pleased with the purchase but would have appreciated the set matching the picture.
