BOYA BY-C03 Camera Shoe Shockmount for Shotgun Microphones 1" to 2" in Diameter (Fits The Zoom H1)

What did I like the most?This Boya BY-C03 fits my Zoom H1. It holds my H1 tight yet has plenty of room for the rubber suspension to lessen audible noise through the body. At this point, no audible noise through the body, which is good as the H1 is all plastic.What did I like the least?Nothing to complain about. Updates as I road test it further, but right now, all Five Stars!

On the one hand, it actually works pretty well. And I’ve been pretty happy with it. On the other hand - half the rubber bands had defects and snapped right away. You could see the chunks out of them. So, think of it as a limited time use thing - the rubber bands wear out quick and you can’t trust the replacements.

The diameter is a little smaller than I'd hoped. I'm unable to use this with my Tascam DR 22 WL. I do have a Sony recorder that It works with so it will get some use. The bands aren't as flexible as I'd thought they'd be.

Just barely big enough to fit the Tascam DR-22wl, but it does the job and clips where I need it. Nothing larger will fit though, that's for sure.

i like how sturdy and cylindrical it is, perfect for storing. i dont think its gonna break on me anytime soon. i only wish it had more outer curvatures to fix the extra bands on. the mic i had in mind was small and not even a boya product. with an extra black band (which is also included) i was able to make it work

My Zoom H1n fits great and stays nice and snug. No slipping around. You really can't beat this for the price. Thanks.
