Best laptop I’ve ever had!
I have never heard of the Lenovo brand before purchasing this laptop. I work remotely, but still go into the office at least once a week, so I needed something I could carry around. My last HP laptop started slowing down after 2 years. My husband bought me this as a replacement and we were both pleasantly surprised at how good it was! It’s super fast and still going strong after 3 years (bought in 2022, now 2025…time flies). I have been using laptops for over 20 years and let me tell you, this ain’t your dad’s bulky laptop from the Y2K era. Even though the screen is quite big (how I like it), the body is thin when closed and it doesn’t feel bulky at all. It fits perfectly in my backpack without taking up a lot of space. The keyboard feels good when I’m typing and makes that nice clickety clack sound. The touchscreen has been very useful during my business meetings and I love the gold color, which makes it look expensive, even though it was on the “cheaper” side. The battery life is pretty good. I get maybe 4-5 hours unplugged after fully charging. That’s more than enough for me because I always have my charger with me anyway. This is just a very rough estimate. You’d think the “brand names” will give you a good quality laptop, but I have been very disappointed in some of them because they just don’t last very long. I will only buy Lenovo from now on. In fact, we bought 2 more Lenovos for our business because we know how good it is. I know this will start slowing down eventually as all computers do, but I will be purchasing another one when that happens. I’m hoping to get at least another year or 2 out of this one. I’ll update my review when it’s time for a replacement.

Computadora
Está Pc me gustó muchísimo, sé que el precio es muy bajo pero la calidad es muy buena, he decidido comprar esta porque mi papá se compró una hace 4 años para la universidad y nunca le dio problemas. La recomiendo si la vas a usar para estudios

Flimsy Case
Had this laptop for two years and its been pretty good other than the lack of a lit keypad but now it freezes whenever I push or pull on the screen or pick the laptop up with one hand at the front corners. Seems like the case flexes and in a blink it freezes up and needs a hard boot to get it back going. Still works fine but handle with caution!

Lenova Support Processes are very lacking
I bought this Laptop in March in preparation for retiring in May. I use it mainly for personal use, but a little bit for a side business that I own. After using it for 2 weeks in May, it began freezing every time I moved it. I contacted Lenova support and they instructed me to send the machine back to them for testing. I use this machine every day and don't have a backup. I stated that I would prefer a new machine, but that was not granted. They then kept the machine for 3 weeks and would not offer me a loaner. I got the machine back and they stated that they replaced the keyboard. I noticed that it still froze up every 5-6 days when I moved it. I reopened the ticket, and they want me to send it back to them for more testing. I asked why this testing wasn't done before the machine was shipped back to me, but the rep could not answer that; the phone reps know almost nothing and cannot respond with any information other than the canned answers they are given. So this machine is going back to the shop to be repaired by the same people who had it for 3 weeks in May-June. Since my retirement in May, they have had it as much time as I have had it. My wife bought an Acer a year ago. If I had to do it over again, I would definitely do the same.

Great laptop for my girlfriend, and quick delivery!
Pros: My girlfriend seems to really love it! it runs all of her tabs smoothly, and its overall power is great for the price point, shes been able to play games like Minecraft semi-smooth on low settings, and with performance enhancement mod 60fps is very achievable. a lot of the more casual Steam games run with relatively high success too. if youre looking for a more in-depth review id recommend searching up the model and watching some Youtube videos. finishing up, the overall experience has been above expectations, havent heard any major complaints, and the shipping at least in our case was shockingly quick. (this being to the Philippines.)Cons: When first opening up the laptop it was in S mode, so turning that off was just a mild inconvenience. on top of being Windows 11, but thats more so nitpicking. On to the major complaint, for some reason due to the Microsoft store, it wouldnt allow us to open the game even after paying it in full. we then had to buy both the launcher and the game once more, in the Microsoft app store. to call it a pain is an understatement, but steam works just fine again once you take it out of S mode.Final Thoughts: Do your research beforehand, and make sure this is for you. For us, it runs just about everything we need and want. But id say if you can, its more than worth it, this gives you a whole lot more value than what you pay for.
