Gave 4 stars on premise kits looks the part, sadly my bios refused to see the card, and windows 10 wouldn’t see. Card was taking power from PCIe slot, showed green light, but wasn’t detected, so think unlucky faulty unit, sending back. But tempted to try again as kit looked the part, just didn’t work so can’t rate performance on non-starter.

I am going crazy at the moment. My Server has just shorted after installing this component. I don’t even know where to start. Who can i contact to resolve this.. how do i even resolve this? Theres no power at all and i can see one of the motherboard chips have burnt out!! This is driving me crazy

Update added 25.02.21Note to seller - thank you for your email today asking me to install the device correctly. Please be assured that I have 1) used the correct Bluetooth driver, 2) connected the cable from the network card to the motherboard correctly.This card provides WIFI and Bluteooth. WIFI works fine, however they system does not recognise Bluetooth.My assumption is that this card is faulty.Can you please advise how this matter can be resolved.Original Message:I cannot get the Bluetooth functionality working. Tried it in 2 new computers and never got it to work. Might of been a faulty one but cant give it any more than one star due to this.

Cheap for a reason. Quite a few issues with drivers etc. WI-FI seems to be working pretty well but bluetooth is patchy, issues connecting and removing devices, range doesn't seem to be what I expected. Has none of these issues with a cheap usb receiver.

plugged it in and it worked installed the drivers they they include on a USB thumb drive and it worked even better! great product at a great price.

I didn't like having to connect a cord to the motherboard for the Bluetooth feature (it uses an internal USB header) but that wasn't a big deal. Also, the driver install was a little janky, but after the restart everything fell into place. Still, it loses a star for it, but I guess that's just how these work, so OK.
