The best scooter around $300 price range. It takes some time to practice but I had a lot of fun learning it for the first month. Now I can ride it at 12km/h without any problem. The APP on iOS is unavailable now which is sad. However, I think it's not a big problem since you can control it by pressing the buttons on itself.I'm also very supprised by the amazing battery life. I feel it can go much beyond 13 miles as advertised and I don't need to charge it every week.Highly recommend this if you have a good sence of balance.

I am looking for a one wheel alternative. Returning the day after receiving it. Getting on wasn't the issue. Gravel and any off road threw this thing off stability wise. Pavement was smooth and easy to use, with the exception of making tight turns. The wheel is too wide for that. Seems like plenty of torque, I'm a 200 lb guy. If You have to jump off get ready to spread wide and let it skid back and forth between Your legs until You lift it off the ground to stop the wheel from overly compensating. Great idea, poor execution. I really wanted to like this thing. Just want to keep up with the daughter and her Segway with the lift kit installed.

I have no complaints as far as construction other than the small nuts used on the handles. They stick out a bit creating a "hot spot" on the hands, see attached photo. I understand it's not where your hands are intended to go but I had to add something for improvement. Its definitely pretty sturdy and seems it may take a beating. Only used it for a hour and happy so far. I am however disappointed that the app is no longer available for Android. Please fix this. May change my review after a full week of use.

It legitimately takes about 20 minutes to learn to ride. It's rubbish for ridding on anything other than smooth surfaces. I've yet to see the battery meter display change even after riding full out for 25-30 minutes. The foot pegs are too small. And importantly, top speed is 12 kph. This equates to about 7.5 mph. Don't believe the false advertising there. It's 33% slower than advertised. All that being said, even though it's fun to ride once you get the hang of it, it is best suited as a short distance (last mile) commuting solution. If that isn't your intent, I'd recommend steering clear of the Ko1 (unless you find it on sale for under $350) and going with a two wheeled option. My two cents. Hope it helps.

Well built little machine! It definitely has a bit of a learning curve but that’s part of the fun of it! Each time you are on it you get more and more confidence and learn to trust the scooter more! Bought for my 21 ur old son when this was on sale for $340 and couldn’t be happier! I bought it for him to have a form of stress relief and he says it’s definitely worked. He can get out of the house and cruise around town and do all his errands on 1 charge and still have enough battery to play around along the way8) Great product!

Does not work as advertised. The app is no longer available. Not what you want to find out on Christmas Eve.

It's super heavy!! I bought it to ride to work and I literally couldn't get it up and down the stairs by myself because it's so heavy and awkward to carry. The videos make it look super easy to ride, and let me tell you it is not. I returned this item and there's no way you could get me to purchase it again.
