I really like this thing but it cracked after the first use. Can’t return it after July 1st so we’re stuck with it.**Update….After writing this review I received an email from the seller saying they refunded my credit card the full amount. Wow!! That’s amazing customer service! They did not have to do that. I will change my review from 4 stars to 5 for that awesomeness.

update; tried gluing with fire rated adhesive and it completely fell apart in a new place with the first use. I don't think that the concrete that it is made ouit of is firerated. Don't waste your time or money on this oneLoved this. Used it one night and loved it. It's beautiful and I received so many compliments. It comes with a very convenient cover and I thought the price was great. Used it again 2 weeks later and it cracked in half. Very disappointed. Not worth the price of you only get 1 real use out if it.

There were no reviews when I purchased this fire pit, but I took a chance on it because I liked the size and the material it was made of. I must say I am VERY WELL PLEASED with it in every single way! First, the box it came in was a HEAVY, THICK, cardboard box (unheard of these days) with a foam insert that was precisely molded to hold this fire pit extremely safe and sound in transit, well thought out for shipping! The weight of this fire pit is phenomenal, I really didn't imagine it weighing this much but am pleasantly surprised, this will certainly not be "tipping over" any time soon, very sturdy...featuring a wide stable base that sits flat solidly without rocking or movement of any kind! The black polished river rocks come in a very generous amount and are in beautiful varying shapes and sizes, mostly oval, but not all. The metal cup insert that holds the bio ethanol fuel is a good weight as is the fire tamper that comes with this to put out the fire when you wish, it is on a swivel handle so it can be used to go at the fire in any direction not only straight down from the top as I've seen others to be. The only thing I was disappointed in was the fact that it didn't come with even a little fuel so, as is stated in the description, it "can be used right out of the box"...NO, it cannot unless you already have fuel of your own at home! I was looking at so many the day I purchased this and most all of them came with fuel...again, this does NOT so be sure to order fuel at the same time you order this fire pit so you actually can use it right out of the box!

I really loved this Fire bowl. It looked great on my porch and added great ambiance in the evenings. Today was my 3rd time using it and it cracked 😭 Will update after working through customer service.Update: I decided that I didn't want a refund but I wanted another bowl and returned it through Amazon hoping the second would be okay. This time it cracked on the 1st use. It seems if you use the liquid fuel it cracks. And I am using an appropriate amount. I personally do not like the gel cans. The flame is tiny, I mise well buy a bowl, put a candle and rocks in the middle and save myself $50 if I have to use the gel cans. The fourth and fifth pics are of the second bowls crack. It cracked in about the same spot. I do plan on keeping this bowl and attempting to mend the crack somehow. Will update on how the rest of the bowl holds up as I continue to use it.

Loved the way it looked and the ambiance it gives but it cracked with a loud ping during the first use! Now I read the reviews and was like maybe it was dropped or something Nope you don't have to do anything but light it and boom a crack. Did they heat test these things before selling them? Not worth the $86 I paid more like $25 at the most. Will be seeking some sort of compensation for this product from its manufacturer. Dissapointed I really wanted to love this!

The Vizayo tabletop firepit is so easy to use, super sturdy, and gorgeous once lit, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. And for a tabletop firepit, it actually puts off quite a bit of heat, so perfect for chilly nights for two people.
