This stone is deep, dark, and dense. Like a deep bass voice in a room of sopranos. I actually got two pieces about an inch by a half inch each! Very happy with this purchase!

I saw a review by another purchaser that said they thought these were coppernite so I went to a local shop to see their nuumite and questioned the local shop on the nuumite they were selling to see if it was actually coppernite and was told it was nuumite. So what I received is probably nuumite. Mine does have the clear elongated pieces as well as the flecks. It was not as large as I thought it would be but does fall in descriptive range and I like the shape of it. It does not seem overly powerful as many sites claim and not to "down" it but I have felt more power coming off other advertised nuumite stones albeit much, much more expensive advertised stones with more depth and/or having coloring. Possibly I am just not trained with nuumite. I think the only reason I would truly be disappointed with this purchase would be if I found out it was actually coppernite. I took off a star because it comes off more subdued than I expected.

This stone appears to be Coppernite and not real Nuummite the gold striations are not present the gold specks are akin to Coppernite . As there is no documentation and after seeing the stone I believe IMHO this is not Nuummite from Greenland.
