Good washing machine and handy that you can control it via the smart things app on your phone too.

My old faithful washing machine broke after 6 years so wanted a decent replacement for it, this is such a good machine and I can connect it to my phone (never knew I wanted that but here we are!) love the add wash feature, I have boys in the house so socks always get missed so this is a handy little feature to have. I like the automatic dose system too, makes it a lot easier as it’ll give the right amount of detergent and softener for the wash load. It’s very energy efficient and also very quiet, would definitely recommend.

We bought this product last year and was happy with it until it became faulty. This is where our problems began.We logged a repair which never happened and Amazon mysteriously flagged the repair as "complete". We then contacted Amazon call centre who seemed to have the problem in hand. They credited our account with £150 voucher, refunded our purchase amount to our Amazon account and directed us to one oth their newer units which they had in stock, BUT then the fun began. We looped through call centre and buying and having our order cancelled multiple times, getting a different story from a call centre agent each time. Some of the reason they gave were actually embarrassing. Least to say, after making contact with them no less than 8-10 times, we are still stuck with a broken washer, we cannot get them to repair it under their warrantee, which they charged us for, they wont refund our money and they wont deliver us a new machine.On top of that, how do you lodge a complaint about a call centres bad handing of a problem as they only contacts you can get off Amazon is the very call centre that is not being helpful?It seems we have nowhere to turn to except for some type of consumer council, Rip Off Britain or an ombudsman. Morel of our tale, be careful buying from Amazon direct and taking their extended warrantees as they don't seem to deliver on their promises. Shame on you Amazon!Anyone have any helpful suggestions, it would be most appreciated.

I never realised how loud our old one was. this is silent.Bought Meile in the past but thought id give this a go due to the add while in use, feature.So far so good, washes well and looks good.Hate the song it plays at the end of the cycle, but you can't have it all.Easy to use, even i can use it.

Set menu does not cover all needs so important to understand how various times (spin, rinse etc.) can be customised. Otherwise, a very impressive machine.

The machine is ultra quiet, washes really well, however some of the cycles are fairly long.The auto dose is great and is saving us on washing liquid and softener, add wash has been very handy also. Would highly recommend this washing machine. Amazon delivery was quick and on time .

Wife thinks it a good replacement for a good, well used Direct drive LG machine and seems very easy to use once you get off the German menu (I think was our fault). Very good machine !!
