Nice zip roll, but don't take the zip pulls off, they are close to impossible to get back on... I know the technique to do it, the problem is the fabric on the zip is too thin, so it freys and tears when your manipulating the pull, a heavier weight of zip is much easier to add the pull... they work fine once they're on and run nice and its a fair price, don't take the pulls off and your on a winner! 😅

I wanted to make new covers for my caravan cushions but the zip length was a problem. I found these zips on a roll and they were perfect. I undid the entire roll and measured from the inside of the roll. I then pulled the zip from the front end of the roll all the way along until it was in the middle of the length I measured. I then cut the length and used as an ordinary zip. Very easy and no waste. I was very pleased with the job.

The zip on my umbrella line cover had broken. I wanted to replace this rather than buy a new cover and add to landfill. This zip on a roll was the answer and the remaining roll and pulls are in the cupboard for the next replacement job. Just make sure not to remove any of the zipper pulls as they are so difficult to put on again. Just push them along the roll and use one at a time.

Have you ever bought a v-pillow and case only to find that the case is so tight that it damages the corners? It seems to be the same every time especially with those fold over bits. I made new ones with zips in one end which makes my life so much easier. I also started doing the same to duvet covers etc, so will be buying more soon!
