Duncan Butterfly Yo Yo Green

I had one of these yoyos as a kid, and when my partner offhandedly mentioned "whatever happened to yoyos? I used to love them" I decided to buy this and surprise him with it next time he was having a bad day. When I broke this bad boy out of my pocket and gave it to him, his eyes lit up and he proceeded to stand there in absolute glee for like 20 minutes just yoyoing. Definitely worth the ten dollars! Also as a delightful unintended side effect, the yoyo mesmerized all three of my cats and they just stood there bobbing their heads in absolute wonderment the entire time. a++

My ledge gaurding just got shnasty

This is a great yoyo. I think they are putting their high-performance strings on these new releases. This is the third Butterfly yoyo that I have owned and it sleeps a lot longer than the previous ones. It is a great yoyo to learn the basics on and it is a great way to relieve stress.

This is a great beginners yo-yo. Although there are only a few tricks it can perform, it's still good for doing the classic up and down motion. It's basically the imperial yo-yo inside out so there is no ball bearing inside. This makes sleeping mediocre. Keep in mind that the string is crap. Mine tore one hour after I first used it but luckily I had extra string lying around. Overall, I am sure this yo-yo will last a long time unless it breaks easily when dropped.

Nice duncan yo-yo but I received the wrong color. the yo-yo in the item description is not the one I received. not worth the trouble to return.

It's a great toy but you can buy it for like under $2 in a regular store

all duncan products, in my opinion, are great. understood this is pretty much the standard yo yo of yesteryear, still a great item. I tend to use it as a stress relief, like a squeeze ball, and am not much of a 'trick' guy, so my standards for this run to the average - but still a great item. I buy a new one every so often - just for the fun of getting a new toy :) - btw, my kids know this is mine :)

Goes up and down, does a good sleeper, a good rock the cradle, and you can get a very strong double around the world with no problem. It’s always fun to go back to the 80s via your yo-yo.
