Are these compatible with Freestlyle Libre reader

NO they are not. These are strips for the Freestyle Optium glucometer, you have to have that meter and do a finger stick and apply blood to the strip in the meter. Freestyle makes another blood glucometer called Freestyle Lite but that needs different strips. The Freestyle _Libre_ is an _entirely_ different product, that has a sensor that sticks to your arm for 2 weeks at a time, measures glucose in your interstitial fluid, and you read it by scanning with a Freestyle Libre reader device (which is what you asked about) or a smartphone app. Glucometer strips have nothing to do with the Libre system.
