I ordered the kit, and everything that arrived is great quality and fast shipping. And I had just said in a comment the one part didn’t quite fit. I never asked for a refund, I thought I had ordered the correct kit. But more than likely I didn’t. Close but not exact.A couple days later I received in the mail a brand new kit, with the correct piece, and at no charge. I really like this product, I would have given it a 5 star rating but when I first got it and installed the new roller it would get stuck and cause an error, it is working better now, still gets stuck sometimes. It’s an easy fix and everything else works great. The filter was a surprise need which I did not know needed changed but great find.

I bought for my shark robot and these fit great!

I was able to update all the filters and give my shark a good overhaul with this. Great buy and I recommend this because it overhauls the shark and the base unit that sucks the stuff it vacuums up replacement off all the filters. Very easy to work on and do yourself.

The replacement kit fit well but the front sweepers fall apart fast and there was a filter that did not go to mine and the other filters didn’t fit right had to cut them down will have to by directly from shark in the future

The roller brush for IRobot keeps causing robot to say check for obstruction so after 3 rd time of checking I decided to put old brush roller in and it has not failed since

The roller, the main reason I bought this package, does not fit correctly and your Shark IQ will be down until you get a replacement. It fits into the unit initially but won't turn when operating causing the Shark to stop with an error. Nothing I can do seems to loosen it up enough for the Shark to be able to spin it. Unfortunately, I tossed the old one in the trash after I saw this one fit nicely into its place. I didn't actually run the Shark to confirm and the old one went to the curb. Now I'm stuck without the vac until I can get a replacement. Ugh.
