Well the Healthgenie Face Shield is really an excellent product than other product because I seen the difference of healthgenie face shield and other face shied product is it(Healthgenie) is covering the both face and mainly (ears). That is the reason I purchased this product.And this ear covering product is not available in any other face shield products.That is the reason I liked this product.And finally it is a good product with sufficient rate.

The faceshield doesnot look as shown in images. Clearly cutting corners and cost shows!Its such an important protection in the Covid that it has to give proper cover.-Instead of a complete shield its smaller trapedozoid shape.-The Sponge adhesive was so weak that on opening the sponge was seperated. Tried fixing it back for every shield, its not going to stay.- Instead of a elastic head band its a short velcro type.Cant maintain quality of such simple and basic product ..thats the story of local makes over imported!!Such a waste of money.

Good product but quality could be better

I didn't like the product quality, hence gave the poor rating. I was not expecting returns as they had already mentioned returns not accepted but customer support team has proactively called me and accepted the returns and transfered my money back. Amazing service. I have not seen such a responsible customer service till date in my life. So, changed my rating to 5 to support moral of this company though the product quality was not as expected. Btw, now I am realized that the quality is OK for this price. If I was expecting better quality then I should have chosen the higher range product.

The product does not look like in the picture. The shape of the shield is different. Also it is short from the front which means that your chin is barely covered and therefore deaf ears the purpose of buying the mask. I bought the mask for Covid 19 protection but not too confident about it as the mask is short from the front chin area. The head strap also is not adjustable

This is how a faceshield should be - properly covering the face and ears.It it not too thick nor too thin. Too thin seems flimsy while too thick hinders breathing and maneuverability.This is apt. Highly recommended.
