For health reasons I stopped drinking alcohol sometime ago. What I really missed was beer, not so much for the buzz but for the flavor. All the non-alcoholic beers I tried were just missing something and not just the alcohol. Then I thought maybe the alcohol removal process takes out the hops aromatics, too. So I got this extract and added it to a very cheap non-alcohol beer. I was amazed. It also restores the "head" on the beer and makes it taste much richer. A little goes a long way, too.
