Aromase 5 Juniper Purifying Liquid Shampoo for Dry & Sensitive Scalp, 80 ml - Award Winning Cleanser & Exfoliator for Dandruff, Psoriasis, Dermatitis & Oily Hair

I was sent the Aromase 5α Juniper Scalp Purifying Liquid Shampoo and I have to say I highly recommend this if you have a problem scalp. I’ve grown up washing my hair everyday, if not every other day. So as I grew older I found out about how bad it is to do that to your hair and so about two years ago I’ve started to try to train my hair to not be washed as often and to lowering my hair washing to 2-3x a week. Unfortunately, my hair was so used to being washed so often my hair would just get oily and itchy. Aromase has a really nice herbal scent, a menthol feeling and is not a thick consistency as a normal shampoo and lathers really nicely leaving your scalp feeling so clean!! Also good to know that there are no harsh chemicals, no parabens, and it's sulfate free!! It has really helped with the sebum production and deep cleaning of my scalp. I have only used this three times since I received this and have noticed such a huge improvement in my scalp and couldn’t be happier!! Definitely worth a try 👍🏼

If you take time to read my review thanks....so let me start by saying l lost my sister and my son . Due to severe depression l didn't wash my hair for 2 months. I didn't know where to begin once l got the energy to wash it. So l saw this stuff... I began shampooing my hair and it felt so.cool and soothing on my dry dandruff scalp. It worked into a little lather and mind that my hair is down to my waist almost :( imagine waking that length of hair in so long. I scrubbed and scrubbed alot of my hair fell out from non washing shedding but l went to rinse and all the grime instantly came out it was very detoxifying! I saw the dirt going down the drain!. So once l finished my scalp was so soothed and.my hair was fluffy after l brushed out my knots ( my hair was matted) took about an hour to brush. I'm so pleased l had to write this review. It is good shampoo specially like me you have not washed in some time...thank you for this great shampoo!! And anyone suffering from depression or mental illness hang on there.! Your worth it.

I have had scalp psoriasis for 33 years and am always searching for something to help control this. I have tried many treatments, ointments and shampoos including coal tar and steroids. I get some relief at first, then 2 weeks later, it goes back to being out of control. I have been looking for something to replace the steroid shampoo and cream I have been using for a while, which is extremely expensive and not good for long term use. I came across Aromase after searching on Amazon and bought the Juniper scalp purifying liquid. Apply it to dry hair, massage into the scalp and leave for a few minutes. You then wet the hair so that the shampoo lathers up, and leave on for another minute or so. Rinse and use again as a shampoo or use one of the other Aromase shampoos. I had an amazing result the first time I used it and continue to have good results months later. I do need to use more frequently than recommended in the instructions, however, I have a very extreme case of scalp psoriasis. I also have bought the thickening shampoo and the daily scalp care shampoo because I love this brand so much and all the products smell amazing. A major plus, is that my hair looks amazingly shiny and healthy after using the purifying shampoo followed by the daily care shampoo. With psoriasis, hair can look dull and unhealthy, but Aromase gives me great body and shine. I recently freaked out because Amazon was sold out of these products so I contacted Aromase customer care. They were extremely helpful and sympathetic with tips for scalp care, and getting back to me to let me know when Amazon was stocked up again. Really great service and much appreciated!!

Doesn't it happen to you that sometimes you wash your hair and it doesn't feel clean? It happens to me sometimes, I also feel itchy and I have had dandruff since Nico was born. I went to the dermatologist but he told me that I can't use anything medicated she said me only commercial products. I already tried everything and nothing managed to get rid of the itching until three weeks ago when I used this product. I have only used it 4 times and I can tell you that the itching has decreased. What I liked the most is this feeling of being super clean and fresh after using it and it lasts almost all day. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ IMPORTANT!!!! If you have sensitive skin I have to warn you that you may feel a slight burning the first time you use it, the following washes I no longer felt it. I'll let you know how it goes in the next few weeks.

The instructions are straight forward. Put on to dry hair & scalp, massage for 1-2 minutes, then wet & message through before rinsing. Follow with your regular shampoo. Now I've used lamellar water products before but this was different, it is a liquid shampoo which I didn't fully realize until I was massaging it in. It did form a nice lather even on my dry hair & the lather increased when I added water. It rinsed out well & I didn't use as much as I thought I would given how thick & long my hair is! The juniper scent isn't too overpowering which was a concern I had before using this. It did make my scalp tingle but in a nice way & not too intensely. The follow-up shampoo did stop the tingling if you are worried about that continuing after using this. Based on my experience this is a good shampoo/treatment for anyone who wants to deep clean their scalp and/or roots without any irritation or stripping. It is marketed for dry, itchy scalps but I think anyone could benefit for using this. As I said earlier I used far less than I thought I would so considering there are plenty of uses per bottle it's actually not that expensive on a per use basis. I might try to get my husband to try it out since he has been having some scalp issues lately and this could be a good solution!

WOW!!! I used this for the first time after bleaching my hair 3 times and then toning it, my scalp was so inflamed and irritated after all the chemical damage I had done, this made my scalp feel amazing, it was soothed and hydrated. My hair felt soft and was smooth with zero frizz!!! I will absolutely be buying this again! Definitely recommend! For reference I usually bleach and dye my hair a completely new color every 2-3 months or so. My hair is naturally dry and very straight and fine,though it is very thick even though it is fine.

It lathers beautifully on your dry hair, has a nice smell, but I found that it didn’t really do much as far as the itchiness coming back. It worked for about 3-6 hours…but definitely not worth the cost, in my opinion.
