I made keto egg white hamburger buns for a camping trip and they turned out perfectly! I really like how deep the mold is.

Almost Perfect
Worked great and produces evenly cooked rolls. Easy to store. We do have a hard time getting it clean.

Interesting pan
These make a perfect sized Hamburger bun. Baked batter does get into the miniscule holes. Hard to clean out. I have found soaking in hot soapy water, then pouring boiling water over it repeatedly to dissolve the crumb works better and faster than scrubbing.
