Great quality, very useful
I bought a 36 in and 12 in roller. Best. Thing. Ever. My husband and I both use them. We typically roll our backs on the 36 because it is very spacious and supportive. You don't feel like you're going to fall off/have to balance like some other rollers/wheels. I also use it for complete spinal relaxation. It's quite long and I get support from my lower back all the way to the base of my head, even being quite tall and having a long torso (I'm a female, 5'10). I use the 12 in roller far more than my husband. I like to use it for scapular exercise, I use it as a spacer to keep my shoulders equal distance and locked tight. My physical therapist thought it was a great idea for my situation when I told him about it. I also use it when I do reverse crunches. I like to hold it between my feet to make them more challenging. These are good quality rollers and very durable. We use them more often than we expected and I am very pleased with them!

Great roller for a fantastic price!
I just got it and used it. Came in good condition! No visible damage. The stiffness is perfect for me. And i have the 6” and it’s great for when I have to roll. I do a lot of stairmaster workouts and group fitness classes so I’m doing a lot of full body. So far on the first day I enjoyed it. My dog however is not sure what it is and she barks at it when I’m using it haha. It’s an unknown contraption to her haha. It is bulky but it’s great from my body size

Does the job
Bought this for my husband a UPS driver. Thought it would help with all his aches and pains due to his very physical job. He uses it to workout the knots and kinks in his gluts and back. It is very hard but it does do the trick if used correctly and you can tolerate the initial discomfort.

Very inexpensive
It is always good to have a foam roll with you in case you get these tight muscles or pain due most of the time by the fascia. Very inexpensive item and the quality is good. The foam is hard which is efficient to use it.

great firm roller
seems a little firm at first, but massages better than softer ones. lightweight and seems like packing foam, but has held up much better than softer foam rollers, still in like new shape after 5 years.

Firm enough to do the job at a great price
This high density roller is just right for releasing the muscle knots and stretching from the bottom of my cramping foot to the base of my tight neck. It is essential for me after tennis or yard work or ballroom dancing.

The absolute best for deep foam rolling, long enough for both legs at once
I had a smaller, more expensive foam roller at home (the kind with a soft foam outside and hard plastic center with a hole in the middle), but kept finding I got so much more relief from this big foam roller at the gym. It is long enough to roll both of your legs at the same time, and sturdy enough to really hold your weight when digging deep into certain areas. It is also just soft enough that it doesn’t feel like you’re rolling against a brick. If you adore foam rolling like I do, or if you have had mediocre foam rolling experiences with other brands, this is the one to get.
