I have removed words like I am trying really hard.....and replacing my actions with better measurable results. this change in thinking is needed especially where sustainable change is a journey

If you are working on creating a program to make a difference in the community this book will give you a great view of how to approach making an impact on the problem or need you are trying to solve. This is a book from someone that has actually done the work and not just research. Great book, fun to read, gives great insights and tips, its a permanent reference for me. Recommend it highly.

A framework to communicate and better understand program and population level impact. Takes time to go through, but Friedman's website has helpful resources.

If you do any work that involves strategies for your business or community, this should be essential reading. I have read a lot of books and this one nails the concept of identifying outcomes and measuring them, only at an understandable level. I with I would have come across this years ago.
