Good product for the cost, great with pork, love it.

Sauce was tasty but very salty. Perhaps I used too much in one go so use sparingly.

Fabulous flavourAlthough very overpriced

All of Lee Kum Kee sauces and marinades are top quality and last for ages in the fridge. This Char Siu sauce is great on pork steaks, belly pork, chicken even bbq fish. Great flavour that I think can’t be beat! Recommended

I love Char Siu from the takeaway and thought this would be a cheap alternative.It's got th consistency of honey and I found it hard to marinate meat with it doesn't seem to stick to the meat very easily.After 24 hours marinating there wasn't any penetration of the meat not color change and it didn't taste anything like from the Chinese.It's nice but it's not a replica.
