So far so good! Let's see if it (doesn't) stick!!!
I have been looking for the right non-stick skillet for a while... I have tried everything, including the latest ceramic-coated models (spoiler alert - non-stick lasts about 2 weeks, they stain and become unusable after only a couple of months)I have many other Ninja products that I love, including an all-in-one Foodi and an electric smoker... I figured I would give them a chance with this product. So far so good - after a couple of weeks, the skillet is still perfect, non-stick and durable... I will continue to use and see if it deteriorates like other similar products by other manufacturers... I am ready to go buy more sizes if this lasts!

Love it!
Absolutely fantastic. The first true non-stick we've had. Heats evenly, cooks with perfection. Easy to clean. The cook surface is much larger than other brands' 12" pans. Absolutely worth it.

Review at the end of this pan's life. Not a 10 year pan, but it performed pretty well.
This is a review of the pan at the END of its life, and not the first time using it.I bought it March 3, 2023. I've was used to getting those cheap teflon pans that last a few months, then stop working. Worse, they're thin and flimsy so your eggs go down into a dip and stay there. This has been a great pan. It started off very slick and nothing stuck for about a year and a half. Then it gradually started losing its non-stick surface. You may be able to see in the photo that the sides still have that glossiness, but the bottom of the pan is fairly worn out. We used it on a daily basis. Thus, I'd say it probably survived about 1000 cooking cycles. I don't wash the pan in the dishwasher. I always clean it with a plastic scrub brush, soap, and water. I always use plastic spatulas and spoons while cooking, except that i turn bacon over carefully with a metal fork. The pan is very thick and it has not warped and so the food spreads out over the bottom and doesn't pool up anywhere.Overall, I've been satisfied with the pan. It certainly will not last 10 years as the manufacturer claims, unless you rarely cook in it. I don't expect the manufactuer to actually warranty the pan, so I'll not even try. The pan is still usable, but it's more like a stainless steel pan now. It requires some scrubbing to get it clean. I do that by soaking in water and brusing with the plastic scrub brush.

Great pan.
First off I love Ninja pans and have two others in smaller sizes. I needed a 12 in fry pan so I got the hard anodized non stick pan. I've had other 12 inch pans but most of them over time would develop a "lump" is the only way I can describe it and then they wouldn't sit flush on the glass top stove I have. The rocking would drive me nuts. This Ninja does not do that. It sits flat on the stove, doesn't get a "lump" or rock at all. That to me, anyway is worth the price of this pan. That old saying "you get what you pay for" surely applies here. This pan like my other Ninja's all cook evenly, fast heat up too since its nice and thick. One other thing, I have a "one size fits all" 12 inch glass pan cover and it fits PERFECT on my new 12 inch pan without sliding around. Another "plus" for the Ninja pan. My husband washes all the dishes for me since I have arthritis and can't be sure my hands will hold without losing my grip, and let me tell you, he LOVES the non stick feature of these pans. He said they pretty much wash themselves and I do make a lot of sticky oohey gooey meals, especially in the winter when you want comfort food.

Great pan for a reasonable price
It's great to have a pan that is nonstick and chemical free. I love this pan already! Did easter fry tonight with very little oil and it worked beautifully and cleaned up like a charm. Grape pan for a reasonable price.

I can not stand the buttons inside
The buttons in the pan that cover the screws to the handles are obnoxious, they get food stuck around them all of the time and are quite the pain to clean. Get a little toothbrush and you’re good to go.Otherwise this pan cooks beautifully and evenly. I love my ninja pans but that is a major downside.

This pan holds up great!
Terrific pan! We bought this a year ago and it is still going strong... AND still nonstick. I believe that all nonstick pans have a limited life (the nonstick surface just seems to wear out), but this one is doing WAY better than any pan we've tried before. The build is very solid and high quality. We also bought a smaller fry plan plus a square griddle, and both are also holding up great. The best part for us - they are induction compatible for our stovetop.

Amazing product
This is the best nonstick fry pan ever.... I have a 6 inch, 12 inch, wok, and I gave a 8 inch to my sister in law... We are very happy with this range on never stick non stick from ninja... They should sell those in Japan....
