Great cup. Good design and no leakage issues. Holds a good sized hot drink. Retains heat can also go in the microwave which was a particular feature I was looking for when I was looking to purchase a travel cup. Easy to clean and good price also. Very happy with this purchase.

This insulated coffee mug is without doubt the best I've ever had. Why? 1. Build quality. It's sturdy, robust and everything feels solid. 2. Design. The mug is not only dishwasher safe, but microwave safe as well. That's important to me because I like a Latte, and this allows me to heat it in the microwave. Also, the lid is really well designed and a joy to use and drink from. Some lids have the opening too low in a recess which can cause spillage when drinking. 3. Value. Worth every penny. 4. It keeps my coffee hot for at least 45 minutes. Haven't left it for longer but I'm pretty sure it would stay hot for much longer. Update: some reviews have mentioned leakage from the lid. It's fine, so long as the lid is tightly screwed down. Also, some reviews question it's insulating properties. As mentioned, I usually drink my coffee straight away over a 30 - 45 minute period. It does begin to lose its heat and you can feel the heat loss through the cup. I don't think it would stay hot for much more than a couple of hours or so. I guess it depends on how you intend to use it. For me though, it's strengrhs make this the perfect insulated coffee mug. Enjoy.

As an acompaniament to my flask it's great. Fit's nicely in all of my various vehicle drinks holders, is a nice big size, feels nice in the hand and has a really good lid that won't come off.In terms of keeping a drink hot then it'll keep your coffee nice and hot for 15 minutes, after 30 minutes it would be drinkable but then it would fade in temperature pretty quickly. Totally fine for me as I pour my drinks when I want to drink them.I've not tested to see if you were to chuck it in a bag if it would leak or not but it feels like it wouldn't.

Superb mug, I use it all the time at home, great when gardening. Easy to clean and I didn't want a metal inner as I find the liquid stays too hot. Sits great in the car.

Not bought for my use. It looks great but still think it’s expensive for a “cup”. Still the recipient was happy with the quality. One year later he asked for a second one. So must be good!

I was using this just for work but now I take it everywhere and one of my favourite mugs to use in the house. I have bought loads as gifts as it is such a good product. Nothing bad to say about it!

I already own a couple of smaller Neon Kactus cups which are great quality so thought I would try this one.As seen in photos, it too is premium quality and is keeping my coffee hot as I write this.I’ve tried other plastic cups but this is way better as the plastic does not smell of a cheap Chinese industrial factory! Packaging is high quality too. A bargain for the price

Was really disappointed with this product. It is attractive and very well made but no use at all to keep drinks hot. It will be fine as a water bottle but I wanted to use it over night as I don't sleep well. Liquid was cool very quickly.
