Q: how high is the arch?

I always use high arch and they have never been too high. It is a soft product so “ conforms” to your foot.

Q: are these the same ones that used to be pink and green?

I don’t remember pink and green . I have used Sol Sole for several years and colors have changed. For me, the important things are high arch, correct size and for women. I think this is a very good product. Hope this helps.

Q: Sof Sole do you still have the old model with hard bottoms for high arches? I miss them! It looks like a customer was sent them accidentally.

I liked the old style as well. They had lots of support for my high arches. However, they made waaay too much noise. I couldn't wear them in some settings. I have found others ones that support without the noise by LArsaro.
