My cat loves this bed, she lives in it. It's so cute, too. I have no idea why the smell of a plastic bag should dissuade anyone, but mine only had a mild smell, which wore off very quickly. My kitty is a ragamuffin, which is a fairly stocky, medium-haired breed and the medium size worked fine for her. She is 16 lbs and my vet calls her a "puma!" So, in the summer months, I take the top off, and she likes to snuggle in it in the winter with the top on. I have no idea how to wash this thing, but I'm sure gonna try!

Our fat cat loves the Hamburger. We put it on a wide shelf off the floor and had to take the middle out at first to get her to crawl into it (threw cat treats in it). When she got used to it we put the middle pillow back in and she is fine with it. We love it as it limits the different places that she sleeps so the cat hair is not all over the couch or bed. A bigger plus is that she is sooooo cute when her furry paws are hanging out of it!

This comfy bed snaps the top and bottom together at the sides. It is lusciously soft and fabulously warm. My cat seems addicted to it and sadly hardly sleeps with me at all now.

I do believe I ordered the regular size, not the larger one. Nice cuddle bed for smaller sized cats. Kittens would love this! A full grown full sized cat would have trouble fitting, unless it's the kind of cat that likes to crawl under your sheets and be in a small soft spots.

I had to take out half of stuffing as the cat had trouble trying to lay down. Otherwise she loves it as cats like to hide!

Very nice bed. Nice materials. I ordered the M size and I agree: It's the perfect size, a little bigger than expected. Nice cushion pillow and came with a collar.I loved it !!!!!!

I do want to emphasize that you should be mindful of the sizing for this; I purchased a small size because the cat it was intended for is on the petite side. I think most normal cats would need a medium size. Having said that, my cat absolutely loves the bed. She's normally wary of things like this but she loves to crawl inside and peek out just a little bit. It's pretty cute!

All the pets love it, to include the neighbor's dog who visits frequently.
