Perfect Upgrade for Our New Home! We moved to a new house and decided to change our old kettle as part of refreshing the kitchen. After comparing a few options, we chose this one—and it has been a great decision. It heats water very quickly, which makes mornings much easier. The build feels sturdy and well-made, and it looks sleek on the countertop. I also appreciate the automatic shut-off feature and the indicator light while it’s heating. The water tastes clean with no plastic smell, and cleaning has been simple—vinegar worked well for minor mineral buildup from tap water. Overall, we’re very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.

I have a gas stove and don't really care to boil water that way with old-school kettle. Saw these electric ones and started looking over several of them. This one had consistent positive reviews and was a good price so decided to try one. It is very easy to use and does up to 7 cups (more than my daily needs, but good to have just in case). The heat up time is fast and it'll auto shut-off too. It does have a blue light at the base when it heating which helps at a quick glance. Everything functions well and the build seems to be pretty solid. I really like the fact there is no direct water contact with plastic parts (lid/etc), really prevents the water smelling like plastic. I used it for about 7 days before trying to clear the build up of deposits (wasn't very bad, just prefer to have clean glass). Did the Baking Powder method, sort of worked but might have been the old powder + lack of soak time. So tried Vinegar the next time and that seems to work really well! The build up probably depends on your water source, I'm just using tap water - nothing fancy. Very happy with the purchase and would purchase again or gift one to another. :)

I absolutely love this kettle! It's so easy to use. It has a very clear min and max fill line. It heats up water quickly. It has several temp options for various teas and coffee. It has a built-in filter for when you pour. The little lights in the stand change based on when the water is heating and when it's ready, both of which are actually very pretty. The handle is thick and solid, the metal supportive ring letting me know I don't have to worry about the glass ever cracking or slipping and breaking. My main tea brewing method now is I heat up water in this to whatever temp is ideal for the type of tea I'm making. I then have a glass tea pot with a steel cylinder in the middle that holds loose-leaf teas. I load it up, rock some water from this, and have some fancy tea to sip on for the rest of the evening. Good times.

I love it. It heats quickly. It has the liter markings clearly on the side. The auto-shutoff is excellent. The power switch is easy to get to. It has blue LEDs around the base so everyone knows when it's on. The only thing I'm less than thrilled about it that the flip-up lid doesn't quite flip up to a 45-degree angle. So refilling it can be a kinda tricky. It works well, does exactly what it says on the box, and as far as I'm concerned, well worth the price.

I had this for 3.5 years. I use it 3-4 times daily because I boil water to make diluted barley tea and I also use it when I need to boil a pot of water quickly. It boils much faster than when you turn on your gas stovetop. It boils full 1.7 liter of cold water in about 6 minutes. The last few weeks - the spout that you need if you use tea infuser fell off. No big deal - I don’t need it anyway. But a few weeks ago - the auto shut off stopped working. So after it boils it just keeps boiling. This is fine if you’re near the kettle and can manually shut off. Otherwise for safety, it’s not good. So that’s why I knocked off a star. But then again I had it for over three years and I figure I got a lot of use for it. I use it so many times than it’s probably just wear and tear. It looks great on your counter, easy to wash, and just an overall convenient product. I’m going to purchase the exact same thing and hopefully it’ll last another three years.

A truly great electric kettle . . . . while it works. It's very well constructed and works almost flawlessly. It rapidly heats to your selected temperature in quality stainless and glass, maintains this temperature for an hour before it automatically turns off unless you do so yourself before an hour. Wide range of available temperatures. audible signals for reaching selected heat settings, beautiful design, large capacity, and all the good things. The big con is that we we give our unit very heavy use (like about 4-5 full loads per day, and lots of additional smaller loads), and it only works for about one year before it stops working. We have gone through 4 units in 4 years (all purchased from Amazon), and we will keep on buying them because the unit performs so exceptionally well and works best for us.

I wanted a new kettle because I had been using the same one for 20 years which still worked by the way. This kettle is great. Heats quickly, beeps when its ready and has a keep warm function that lasts one hour. Nothing has malfunctioned on me yet with this and Ive had it now for 3 months. I do empty the water out each night before I go to sleep. The discoloration that appears on the bottom inside the kettle is also in my old stainless steel kettle one. Anyone that has this kettle if you see this appear at the bottom if you watch it boil you will see that those marks are where the bubbles are that to heat the kettle. This is normal in kettles, Its not a defect, it has to do with the water and stainless steel heating up. I use a vinegar rinse to get rid of it, but it will come back its just the way it is. If ppl dont like how it looks I would suggest to not have a glass kettle.

I bought this kettle at a bit of a discounted price during Prime days and boy am I happy I decided on this one. It is fast boiling and super easy to clean. Plus I love that you can take it off the base to use so there's no cord dangling while pouring. I use this kettle a few times a day and it has not disappointed. I have hard water where I live and I started getting a bit of build up after about a week. I tried the vinegar and baking soda method and it still left a bit of a residue. A friend recommended using a lemon. You don't have to use the lemon juice. I use lemons daily in tea, water etc and all I do when I'm done with the lemon half or quarter is rub the bottom of the kettle with what's left of the lemon and it looks brand new again in just a minute or less. I have started freezing the lemon peel halves and when I need to use one I just take it out of the freezer, run it under water for a few seconds and it works just as if it were fresh. I've only had the kettle for about 6 weeks or so but I use it so often and I have such hard water and I like my kettle looking sparking clean and brand new, so this lemon hack is amazing. Besides the cleaning aspect, the kettle itself works fantastic and I like that it has a wide opening and a stainless steal filter at the spout and it has never dripped, not even once. If you're wanting to buy a new kettle you won't be disappointed in this one.
