Is it slim?I mean does it stick out a lot? Will my opposite knee hit the brace while playing sports?

I have never had that problem. You'll notice the hinges visible through pants / Jean's but it won't interfere with your normal gait

Is this a good brace for offensive lineman? And does it come in a pair or just one brace ?

Brace is singular, not a pair. As for the offensive lineman position, are you wearing brace for protection in general or is there a specific prior injury? And also what level of play?

How do you wash this brace? Does it damage the metal to soak it since it’s not machine washable?

You can machine wash it on delicate and either air dry or no heat dry tumble low. However I remove the removable straps and the removable metal and plastic supports before washing. I use to hand wash in the tub with free and clear laundry soap and detergent and dry it with a towel and put it outside and it dries really quick, however this last time I again took off the straps and metal/plastic supports and just threw it in my washer with a full load of clothes on heavy wash cold with hot rinse and I was going to take it out to air dry but my wife moved the laundry without me knowing and dried it with the clothes for 90 mins and it was perfectly fine. It does take time dealing with the velcro to take everything off of it, and put them back on. I velcro the straps together, in order from top to bottom, when I remove them from the brace to remember the positions that they go in. I never get the metal wet as I am sure it will probably rust, and I don’t want the plastic to crack either. This is the best brace I’ve ever had though.

Is this brace good for running? currently having some mcl pain. would this help with 4-5 mile runs?

Yes it will. Brace is good for stabilizing the medial and lateral rocking. Just make sure it fits well, otherwise it will slip down
