Finally, an HDMI switch that just works. Setup took minutes, the 4K picture is crisp, and switching between devices is smooth with no lag. The remote is super handy, and it plays nicely with my PS5 and streaming devices. Zero complaints.

Long Story I'll try to keep it short my TV only has 2 HDMI ports for at the time it was enough for my Nividia and PS4 with a eye in the future to get a Blu Ray Player. So I figured I might as well start looking into my HDMI situation so my first switch was alright it was 4 in 1 out with a Optical out Nividia worked flawless but the CEC with the PS4 didn't but hey no Biggie I just have to manually switch to play. I went back to the comments of this switch and came across a thread where someone got the 8k Version of the switch from the same company and CEC worked so I started the return process of the first switch and ordered the 8k but same result so I was hey alright not what I wanted not perfect but still functional and I got additional HDMI for my Blu Ray. So about a little over a week has passed and will on the Amazon app I came across a Sony Blu Ray for $78 and jumped on it now it's time to hook it up with the switch Oh-Oh no CEC couldn't use my TV remote had to go with the player's one wasn't happy but it work. Now here the problem started I could go between the PS4 and Nividia with no problems but switch to the Blu Ray no signal only way to get Blu Ray was to turn off the switch back on set to input to play That was No Go now glad I got that Blu Ray or I would have been stuck with this switch so Now I got this for return now and now I was just bout to go back to just two HDMI ports and play the swap out game between the Blu Ray and PS4 til I said something has to be out there that can work so back to Amazon app I was about to purchase two different ones before I came across this Ugreen don't know what but I decided to get this one Man from the Pics I knew this item was small but when it arrived I was like dang this is really small no way this going to work the two switches I had before was 2 3x the size and couldn't do job so I know this little poor thing was dud so let hook it up and let start another return. Don't judge a book by its cover this Little Device is a Monster CEC is for my PS4 and Blu Ray don't really need the remote unless I want to go between the PS4 and Blu Ray and unlike the two previous switches, and a tip I got from YouTube comments when I was waiting for delivery, I don't have to use the power cord the PS4 and Blu Ray give its power this Ugreen came thru like a Champ

For the price this switch is a great deal and gets the job done. I've been using it for about a week to switch between a PC, Xbox Series X and a cable box sharing a single monitor. The picture quality and sound have been perfect. Switching can be accomplished by pressing the button on the unit or plugging in a wired remote sensor. While a lot of people don't see the point in the wired sensor, it's fantastic when the switch is laying on the floor behind the entertainment center and the remote won't work. Bring the wire to the front and the remote works reliably every time. UGreen even supplied a piece of double sided tape to mount it. I had to supply my own power supply for the micro-USB connection. The switch will not function without power. My only complaint and a reason I knocked off a star is the switch automatically changes to the next active input when the current input is turned off. In my setup, the cable box is always active. Every time I turn off the Xbox or PC, the input jumps to the TV signal. I have to select one of the inactive sources using the remote to keep the monitor from staying on. This won't be an issue for people using a regular TV that gets turned off every time. I like to let my monitor go into power save mode instead of using the power button every time. Otherwise, it's a great compact switch that hopefully lasts a good while.

Excellent device. With the remote it is worth every penny I paid for it. Easy to set and use.

Using this on my old 2006 LG LCD TV that has only two HDMI ports. It works well. Has a wired, infrared maybe(?), toggle that allows you to switch ports. You may find that the port switching is a little slow - but that could also just be my old TV. Anyway, it works well - you just have to remember what device is in what numbered port. The remote has a 'next' button, but also a 1, 2 and 3. So put your most used device on '1', etc.

My old switcher finally died after many years of use. That switcher was MUCH larger than this one and had a separate standard standard electric power plug (not USB powered)... Only downside-and I didn't know this before ordering-is that the power supply is USB power, NOT electric 'plug'. I simply don't have any USB power anywhere near my TV/DVD/Audio system set-up-does everybody nowadays have USB power outlets in their entertainment centers?-BUT I was thrilled to discover that I didn't need to have external power to the unit at all. There's no power lit up on the unit UNTIL one powers up the connected DVD/Blu Ray players, but once you power up one of those connected players on comes the switcher. Matter of fact, NOT having power going to the unit when it's not in use probably saves at least a little electricity, which i'm all for. I've never bothered to use the remote control included so I can't comment on the quality of that, bit i'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Perfectamente embalado y en caja original, todos los elementos precintados. Funciona perfectamente. He conectado un decodificador Movistar+ y un Fire Stick Amazon a una de las dos entradas HDMI de mi antigua Tv LG no smart, ya que la otra entrada HDMI daba una calidad deficiente de imagen. Ahora todo se ve perfectamente. El mando a distancia por infrarrojos es algo delicado, hay que estar bien posicionado para que funcione bien. No trae cables HDMI para conectarse a los dispositivos. Sí que trae cables para el switch y para el captor de infrarrojos del mando a distancia, que viene con batería de litio.. Queda libre una entrada para un tercer dispositivo.

Ho preso questo switch per rimpiazzare un altro (di marca diversa) che ha iniziato a darmi problemi dopo che ho sostituito la scheda video del PC. Buona la dotazione, nella scatola ho trovato, oltre allo switch: Un piccolo telecomando a infrarossi; Un sensore IR esterno, con cavo lungo circa 1 m; Un cavetto Micro USB per l'alimentazione Purtroppo non viene fornito anche l'alimentatore, per cui occorre arrangiarsi recuperandone uno da un cellulare in disuso (nel mio caso ho riutilizzato un caricabatterie USB 5V, 2.1A) Funzionamento: per ora molto valido, devo dire: le licine sul frontale sono molto piccole e non danno alcun fastidio, nemmeno quando sono visibili dal divano mentre si guarda la TV. Le porte hdmi sono sul retro (3 ingressi) e sul lato corto (1 uscita); sull'altro lato corto si trovano invece il connettore per la corrente e quello per il sensore IR. Lo switch tra gli ingressi è abbastanza rapido ma non immediato: durante il cambio lo schermo rimane nero per un paio di secondi; il passaggio tra un ingresso e l'altro avviene automaticamente quando una nuova sorgente si attiva, oppure manualmente col telecomando, oppure premendo l'apposito pulsante sul frontale. L'immagine a video é bella e luminosa. Insomma al secondo giorno di utilizzo l'impressione è più che positiva, in linea con quanto mi aspettavo da un prodotto UGreen; ho letto alcune recensioni secondo cui dopo poco tempo la qualità degenera... Aggiornerò questo feedback, se capita. Per ora mi sento di raccomandare questo switch, spero che ne venga prodotto anche un modello a 5 ingressi!
