I love this but I ordered twice again and when I tried to get the screw out, I couldn't so I actually had to throw two away.....I couldn't go thru that a 3rd time. But I like it!

I got two. But I had to throw one away as I could not get the screw up. After trying a few times, the screw was worn out.Also, have to get the screw out to open the cover the install the battery, which is not convenient.It is loud though.

I was extremely satisfied with the product. It was gifts to my two college age granddaughters that walk on campus after dark to classes. It is just the right size and is not too heavy for their key chains.
