I love this accupressure mat. I use it everyday. It has helped my back tremendously. It relaxes me but yet gives me energy after I get off it. I lay on it for 45+ minutes at a time. I do wish the spikes were sharper, I seem immune to the initial pain already. This is a good value, I bought the used in like new condition and it came in the original box and packaging. Never opened! Very pleased with this purchase.

I'm very happy with this mat. I was deciding between the prana mat and this 'knock off'. I figured I'd try it out first and spend a fraction of the price on this one. It's now a daily ritual. I lay to clear my head in the afternoon and again before bed- I've even fell asleep on it! It helps with inflammation and sets you up for a restful nights sleep.

Writing this while on the matt. This is going to be a part of my daily routine. At first it obvi doesn’t feel the best, but if you stay through it and breath it gives you SO much relief. I’m coming off the flu and this has helped me feel human again. I really got it bc I have a lot joint pain and skin issues from psoriasis…my hope is it helps my skin condition but at the end of the day it feels amazing for a general wellness routine to release chronic pain. I’m glad I got this instead of the pricey big brands like prana. Thank you seller!!! (:

After a long day in the office and getting a good golf workout in I’m usually pretty drained mentally and physically. Was not recovering on a day to day basis as well as I would have liked so I though I would give this a shot. Have been using it for about two weeks now and the days I don’t, I can really feel a difference. 30 minutes before I shower works great for me. Yes, it does hurt the first few times and even when you get used to it the first 5 minutes are tough but it is well worth it for me. Not waking up sore and it even feels like I am getting deep, more restful sleep on the days I use this. Highly recommend.

I’ve ordered these in the past. I still have mine which is about 8 years old. I order this one for my co-worker and she loved it! I still use mine and brings relief to my back almost instantly. When I use it, I use it for about 25 minutes.

One week in and I can tell it is honestly making a difference. I have chronic pain and hairstylist pains. I have multiple autoimmune disorders and terrible allergies and it has given me a relief in what feels like all departments. I feel so calm one I get on the mat and my body tells me when I'm done or on days where I don't need it.

As I'm laying on this mat, I'm typing up this review. It's soooo nice, I wish I had gotten the sharper one than the original. I also like giving myself a little head scritchy-scratch on the pillow. I'm so relaxed, it's ridiculous...
