So far so good
Did a ton of research looking for a dehumidifier and as you probably know it gets super frustrating seeing all the mixed reviews and not knowing if it’s going to be nice or not. I have been running this item for a month now and it has made a huge impact on my 1000sqft basement.. HUGESo far so good if any problems arise I will be sure to update

Seems very efficient.
Took our 1000 sq ft basement from 68 percent humidity down to 45 percent in about one week. Like the auto setting for Basement. Great job.

Good dehumidifier
This model is one of the very few that I have tried that it is easy to use the included clear tubing and run the pump. Set it up and leave it alone. I first tried using a garden hose with the pump and drain it upward to a sink but that did not work. After a power failure, it restores itself including the pump function. The Honeywell model I had that I bought at Sylvane was also easy to use the pump and clear tubing but it wouldn't reset itself after a power failure and the pump stop working after 2 years. The humidity level that you set is not really accurate. If I want the humidity in the house at 45%, I have to set the humidity level to 55. But I figured this out and I can live with that.It is not quiet but I can live with that. It also blows hot air at times so it will warm up a small room.I bought the 70 pint also (but not from Amazon) and it is still working well after 2 years and 3 months. These are good units but not quiet units.

This does the job!
When I was looking to buy a dehumidifier, I wanted to buy a name brand I recognized and I felt was high quality for the price! I am very pleased with this model! High quality, energy efficient, does what it is suppose to do, on rollers for easy moving, has multiple control settings and easy to use! I would tell my own family to purchase this, so you know I highly recommend it. I received this packaged extremely well, and arrived in perfect condition!

Like it
I saw most of the people bought HomeLabs brand.I read in their comment that on of them were not happy and was happy with Whirlpool brand.I bought the Frigidaire and returned it as it was not strong and much more expensive than Whirlpool.I bought this Whirlpool and it's very good.I'm using it for my Crawl Space and it's working very well.

Pump didn't work from day one
Followed the instructions exactly to set the dehumidifier to pump the collected water to a sink drain nearby. The dehumidifier worked to take moisture out of the air, but collected it in the bucket and shut itself off and showed an error message as soon as the bucket was full. Repeated restarts did not fix the problem. The pump never even turned itself on once. A complete failure.

Works as expected. In low fan mode very quiet.
Works as expected. 85% down to 50% in 2 hours. I use it in the room where I have much photographic and film equipment and the lenses don't want humid air as otherwise fungus can grow ruining them in the long run.The air here is often humid, coastal area.It beeps when the water tank is full. On humid days this happens once a day as long I don't open the window. To the reviewer with the F0 error: That should be a warranty case as this means that the refrigerant circuit has a leak and it poured out. That should not occur after five weeks.

Works but became very loud after a few months
This thing works. But two issues. One is that it only rarely turns off the blower. I can hear the compressor cycling as it hits the humidity set point but only sometimes does the blower kick off. That seems odd. Also, after a couple months is slowly became very loud. It’s a vibration sound that occurs when the compressor is on. I’ve tried tightening the housing screws but that doesn’t help. Something inside is vibrating and I really don’t want to spend hours working on a practically new unit. But may have to. It’s really obnoxiously loud compared to when it was first brand new.Edit - downgrading to 2 stars, it's still getting louder, trying to see if I can get a warranty replacement, their web form says "model not found" though.
