I have seen other people say the capacity is misleading and probably only 8000mah. I was fine with that as I was more interested in the size but does damage trust somewhat.

The media could not be loaded. I was really excited to get such a slim, light, power bank but as seen in the attached video, my phone detects it as a slow charger. It's definitely not "2X faster" as promised in the ad. A real shame as its a great size and very pocket friendly.

First 3-4 charges worked well. Now it does not work. I have tried several leads with no success. The power bank appears to charge from the mains but will not then recharge phones. Avoid.

Stopped working, it must be bad build quality. Look to buying a real battery from either Tecknet or Anker and you'll be thankful you did :)

It is technically 10,000 mAh - but at 3.7V, not the 5V it outputs. As well as this, the built in power circuit would turn off in about 5 seconds of powering my Arduino board

This is a slim battery pack that comes with a cable that you can plug into a USB port to recharge the pack. The cable is reversible and so can fit into the slots on the battery pack. One of these is like a USB port and the other is like the socket you use to recharge most phones. I can charge this pack using the cable as just described. I can also reverse it so that it can charge my cell phone. Works painlessly. There are 4 LED lights that indicate how well the pack is charged and a push button that displays the lights if they are not already visible.
