dexbaby Safe Sleeper Bedrail

I bought this for my king sized bed to co-sleep with my daughter. At first I struggled with how to make it stay put, but I just recently figured out that the metal disk that is attached to it can reach all the way to my husbands side of the bed, with room to spare. Once I extended the strap to the opposite side of the bed, this rail doesn't move an inch. The mesh is solid, and is strong enough to hold a 2 year old throwing her weight around in her sleep. I would recommend this product many times over. It is easy to fold up and take on vacation for use in a hotel bed also. Great product!!

The guard rail part is the perfect size for the front of our convertible crib. I love that the fabric part can be removed and washed and I also like how it folds down. What I don't like about this product is the anchor system part (most important part).We don't have a box spring....just the built in crib spring. I couldn't get the anchor string to pull snug and secure enough. At its snuggest when I pulled on the front rail it felt as if the whole top mattress was going to flip over. I ended up getting it as snug as possible and then used zip-ties to secure the the metal poles to the build in crib spring thingy. This worked great. When I pull on the front rail now it's super secure.

Great after almost two years. Has allowed us to cosleep with minimal worrying. We use on our queen sized ikea mattress and bed. I'd like to point out that the maufacture placed a warning "to use with adult beds only" to mean: use with adult "sized" beds/mattresses versus toddler sized beds/toddler mattresses which are much lighter and probably won't weigh enough to hold this in place. They didn't mean use with adult aged people versus toddler children.I check mines on a very regular basis since we use to soft mattresses and not a box mattress so the disc and rail has a lot more give then if it had a hard box mattress holding it firm. I've had to fill up space between rail and mattress with a rolled up blanket and towel and place a pillow up over it and towels under the rail arms that reach under the mattress since overtime it has compressed the bottom mattress. I am the one sleeping against it 90% of time with my full weight (115lb) against rail and it has held.

I find it difficult to get a good grip on the portions to lower the bedrail within the space I have available. I mean, I guess I'm happy that it doesn't just fall down easily, but I find the process a bit awkward. Otherwise, works as expected.Also, buyer beware! This product, which I purchased for $27.10, came with a $17.99 Walmart packing slip. This is a third party seller. They pay some kind of fee to Walmart plus mark it up more so that they profit. While I'm all for capitalism, that's a 50% markup. Wish I had done a simple google search for this product first. Could have saved $9.

The bed rail is so worth the money. I put this on my little ones bed and it is sturdy and long enough to fit his bed. Very quick to put together. It can even fit on my queen size bed ( I do not have a pillow top bed mattress, I have a standard bed mattress.) Very happy and I would recommend this product to a family or friend.

It was difficult to figure out which bed rail would work on a regular twin bed mattress in a bed frame (no box spring). I'm pleased to report this one does and it's very securely installed and functional. I've caught our toddler literally sleeping on it, pushing it and it doesn't budget. I'm very pleased with the purchase and am thrilled to have found some security in her new big girl bed.

Very sturdy and well made. Once you secure the circle to the bed frame with a screw and adjust the straps, it stays on very tightly. I don't use the tilt down feature at all, but that looks like it could be annoying to pull up on both buttons at the same time to release. Some other manufacturers have a better lift-up method for tilting, but they also have other drawbacks with their design as well.

This bead rail worked out great for us! My daughter co-sleeps with us so I wanted something that would ensure she wouldn't roll of the bed. We have a Cal King bed with a rather talk mattress and the rail still sticks up a good 6" which works just fine for a baby. It is quite sturdy. Tightening the strap down did take some effort when installing it but it wasn't a big deal and I imagine it would be easier on a smaller matress.

I purchased this bed rail because it was the only one I could find that fit our king size bed. It just barely fit. So if you have a king and need a bed rail your selection is limited.Delivery was very slow and the product had some scratches and stains. I don't know if this was from delivery, or if I got a returned rail or if its just random defects. However, because delivery was so slow I'm hesitant to return the item because I don't want to wait 2 months for the product again.It does its job though, and for that I can't complain.

This product is not near as long as other bedrails. I can't use it to keep my daughter in bed regularly so I only use this when we travel. Wish I had purchased a different one.

It meets all my requirements by fitting on kingsize bed. And I feel more safety for my kids as it serves the purpose of preventing falls on dreamy nights of my kids

Works great. Easy to install. But thought it would be longer. I bought one last year that was long but this one is much shorter. Still does the trick

Works great on our kings sized bed for when I was co-sleeping with my baby.
