Works really well, many features
Great item. You must allow autoconfig in software to stop it overloading and cutting out. Once you've autoconfigured its brilliant, I've had two in use for over 6 months no problems. Works with both google and alexa

Great alternative to expensive smart bulbs.
I bought these to enable me to make all the lights smart in part of my home, I've got 4 of them all connected and are all reliable and operate of multiple switches. The ability to connect to home assistant is great too as I'll be able to set them to come on automatically with other smart devices. The dimming function is reliable and don't flicker like normal dimmer switches, they are very customisable in the app.

Faulty batch? Annoying high pitched buzzing noise
The media could not be loaded. I have a number of these relays including other types as well but recently I've had nothing but trouble with the dimmers. This is why I haven one star off.About 2 months ago, I ordered a 2 pack but didn't test them immediately as I have many shellys and they've all been rock solid. Anyway, when I eventually came to do the installation, one of the devices was dead. I contacted amazon, as I had missed the return window, and they were kind enough to do a full refund. I then immediately ordered another set and this time I tested them right away and both were working so I was happy. Unfortunately, after the installation in 2 bedrooms, I could hear a high pitched buzzing sound coming from the relays. The noise is especially loud at night. See the video. You have to turn the volume right up in order to hear it. This was done with only a live and neutral wire connected, no lights or dimming lights. I had to take them out and install physical switches for the time being. I will be returning this set and will order another one. I hope I've just come across a bad batch as this is really annoying!

Flickers on my bulbs.
These devices are grate but as others have noted I couldn't stop my bulbs from flickering even on full brightness. To be fare I didn't notice until my wife pointed it out and she was affected by it more than me so I have changed to a non dimmer shelly. I also lost connection after the first day, had to factory the unit but it kept doing the same thing. I would of just replaced it if it hadn't caused the lights to flicker. My bulbs say Leading Edge so I tried both settings in the shelly but that didn't help, they were also more than enough watts according to the shelly PM.

Nothing but trouble
Not sure if I just got a faulty batch, but I’ve had nothing but trouble with these. I did a lot of bench testing to make sure it would work for my application with a test lamp, after much faffing I ditched the app almost entirely as it just wouldn’t register that the dimmer was online, yet I could see it connected to my router.Instead I accessed directly with the IP address.I got to a point where I was happy enough with it on a bench (had built some automations with home assistant to get it to do exactly what I wanted) and then fitted then to the lights. About 2 hours of effort, and they lasted 1 day before I swapped them back. In that one time, I had to power cycle them every hour. They would randomly just disconnect from my network, then the only way to reconnect was to flip breaker off and on.Both units were updated to the latest firmware while bench testing.Unfortunately im about £100 into this overall (including momentary switches etc) and it’s just not worth the hassle. I had heard good things about Shelly and this was my first dip in. Won’t be back for a while!Your experience may vary, and the reviews do suggest contrary to what I’ve had happen. Maybe I’ve got a bad batch or something. But it’s too late to return unfortunately.Steer clear until there’s a new version and they’ve ironed out the kinks I think.
