Agree with the other lady: it is the same cartridge that is sold for USD79 but with added glasses (of a bad design that cannot be used as they are way too small and just get into the eyes so you cant see anything while wearing them!) and a white cosmetic pensil. So the glasses and the pensil are priced at USD20 extra! just use your regular sunglasses, if need them at all and get a white pencil (again if needed - if you have any dark birth marks in the treatment area).otherwise, the product works, but (as any laser hair removal) needs time and multiple treatments.

I have the machine, but the attachment does not fit all models!!!!! I was disappointed that the inside adaptor did not fit the machine that I just purchased. It would be helpful to know this before ordering

Its the same as what comes with Me MY Elos, currently eye wear wasn't worth the big extra price! okay

This was the exact model i needed to have a good replacement cartridge for the machine I had already bought.

Exactly as advertised but significantly overpriced from what these used to retail for ($50-60 CAD). At that rate, buy a new machine that doesn't need cartridges.
