Great Solution to Our Problem
We bought 5 of these to use throughout our house because the construction is older and we need an adaptor for newer ceiling fans. It was easy to install the crossbar on the electric box and I am confident in the support the crossbar is providing. Our ceiling boxes are rated for ceiling fans, but are an older style and smaller than what is being used currently. We were happy to find this product so we did not have to replace all the electrical boxes because that would have been a nightmare! Overall, handy product and very happy with the results.

It works & is a little bigger
Needed a bit bigger than what I had so ordered this & it outspans the hole which is what was needed. Did the job,thank you.

Works, just didn't do what I needed on this project.
