My TEANAGOO plum green mug came very quickly and very well packaged. Despite reading the dimensions and having a pretty good idea of what the size would be, I'm still amazed by how large it is. It tapers very gently, so that it's almost a giant, prettily painted ceramic tube. That almost-tube shape is something I really like, as I prefer a mug with a wider base to use on my mug-warmer (wide base = more surface area to keep my tea warm, yum!).The handle is proportional, which shouldn't mean anything but as a small person the big handle is almost too much. Honestly, I can get most of my hand through. It can feel weirdly unstable. As problems go, though, it's a problem to have! A too small handle has its own issues.The color is beautiful. The craftsmanship seems very nice. I've been using it for a couple of weeks and I'm thrilled every time that I do. One other thing to note, especially if you're giving this as a gift, the bamboo lid may be a bit damaged. Since bamboo is very soft for a woody product, I wasn't surprised that the top looked a bit careworn (one mug top had a relatively small groove; another mug had a few scratches). I'm sure I received brand new mugs, but I'm also sure that someone dropped the top at some point (because humans) and the bamboo got "damaged". So if you're looking to give an absolutely-perfect-no-nicks-no-scratches-no-dings gift you may not want this specific product. Otherwise, I *highly* recommend.More importantly to me, the customer service is amazing! Again, my cup was packaged beautifully in a cute box, with lots of foam padding, bubble wrap, and plastic. Despite the great packaging, the tea infuser didn't make it in. I'd already seen the instructions to reach out to customer service directly if there were any issues. I sent them an email with all of the information they asked for (except pictures since nothing was broken). I heard back from a representative within a few days who asked me for a shipping address, and nothing else! Within a week I had a whole new mug. I only asked for the tea infuser, but they sent me a whole mug! Now I have 2 of these gorgeous things! They can just share the infuser 😁

I'm bought one of these for a relative as a gift and I bought one for myself. We are both very happy with our brewing cups and use our cups everyday he makes coffee and tea in his and I make loose tea in mine every single day I love it. The color is perfect the weight is perfect and making your tea in it is so easy.

A beautiful , colorful mug although a little heavier to hold than others I have had, but that is not an excuse not to buy it! Now time to learn to make a good cup of tea using an infuser :).

This is a beautiful cup and is well balanced while holding it. Some cups are heavier in one place over another. But not this cup, I can hold it and its balanced I don't get tired or feel I need to correct the way I am holding the cup to get a better grip. The tea steeping basket thing is wonderful, it really helps my tea leaves open up and brew that perfect cup of hot tea in the morning.WHY 3 Stars:My issue is it came broken. The glass "lid" that you use to steep your tea was broken. And the company "TEANAGOO" sends a note with an email address stating if anything is broken when it arrives to follow these steps for a replacement part. I did all the steps just to get a response that since it was shipped by amazon they wouldn't help. Horrible customer service, just awful. So because they don't stand by their own words to replace anything that was broken in delivery the item gets only 3 stars. I never got a replacement lid, I just use a plastic food storage lid instead. Sad face.

I love this cup! It is pretty big and holds a decent amount of tea. It holds well and the handle does not get too hot after you pour in the hot water. The tea holder is pretty big and it has a handle so it is easy to remove. The lid is made to hold the tea when you want to remove it from the cup. The only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is because the lid is not stable. it barely has a flat surface to keep it from rocking or falling over when you put the tea older in it (as it is advertised).

Loved the cup I purchased! The design is whimsical and cute! The cup is easy to hold. I especially like the fact that I can use either a tea bag or loose leaf tea. The strainer which came with the cup is really nice! Not a single piece of tea leaf escaped from the strainer. The lid that comes with the cup serves as a holder for the strainer. I highly recommend this tea cup with strainer. Also this company has great customer care. They contacted me via email to make sure that their product meets my satisfaction. I am planning on buying more for family and friends in the future.
