Good size lunch box with lots of compartments for picky toddlers. We use it maybe once a month and have always hand washed it but after maybe a year of use (so about 12 uses) the lid stopped fitting well. It still keeps everything inside but I wouldn't trust it to be waterproof if we used it for liquid food, and it looks pretty bad (bumpy and the corners sick up). Expected better for the price. The bag and ice pack are both very nice though.

These lunchboxes were amazing for the first 6 months of use and are ideal for lunches for my toddlers on the go. The bag and ice pack they come with keep everything cool until lunch and the handle of the bad has withstood toddler usage. However, as they’ve aged all 4 corners of the 2 boxes we bought are turning up. They still function for non messy foods but are no longer sealed.

This box was excellent for about 1 month. I never used it in dishwasher or microwave and and started leaking. First it was leaking into different compartments and then the side corners lifted up. I had read that others had similar problems but I ignored them and purchased anyway. Definitely regret buying as the box is in the bin. I did keep the bag and that was the only positive aspect of the purchase.

I bought this for my child entering grade 1. The clasps were a little difficult at first but he was able to open and close them on his own. It was used for a full school year and is going into its second year of use. The box itself has a cracked corner from the abuse it sustained but it is still functional and sealed. The lunch bag was stained but came clean after a single wash, and the ice pack keeps his lunch cool for around 4 hours. Definitely worth it if your child isn’t always gentle with their belongings! We hand wash it daily with no issues

I bought this for my granddaughter to take to her summer camp. She absolutely loved it. It was difficult for her to open and close it. She had assistance and it worked out well. She loved it because everyone thought it was pretty cool! I loved the portion sizes and the sections for different foods. When you get the top on correctly it seals very nicely and one doesn't run into the other. We accidentally left it in the car over the weekend. Yuck! But it did clean up nicely and disinfected nicely. I really like this and will purchase another one.

This has been a great box for my 9 yr old! He has a healthy appetite and the portions/sections are perfect. For the largest section, it fits 3/4 of a sandwich when it’s cut. There’s plenty of room for fruits & veggies. The lid is easily removed by my 9 yr old, but kids under 8 might find it a little difficult. I haven’t had any issues with leaking, although I accidentally washed it on the top shelf after the first use, which was a mistake. If you wash & dry it in the dishwasher, expect the lid not to fit perfectly again. That being said, it’s still functional with no issues. It’s easy to hand clean. The case has a handle and is perfect for carrying. The ice pack it comes with so far has been durable and keeps everything cool. I highly recommend this product.

We absolutely love this lunch box is big enough to hold food for my son for lunch and snack . It doesn’t leak and it came with a ice pack and lunch box plus was much less expensive than the others I looked at . I have been using this for months now and am looking to buy a second one because my son lost his .

Decent little Bento box but struggles to hold even a full sized sandwhich cut into pieces. As many others have mentioned it can be a bit difficult for small hands to open which defeats the purpose of the bento box in the first place. We have also noticed some pretty severe warping of the lid after not even a month of use. Both the lid and container have been hand washed to try and avoid some of the problems others have noted that happened as a result of using the dishwasher. Lunchbag basically has enough space for the box, the ice pack, and a zipper bag of a SMALL FLAT snack (cookies, granola bar etc) otherwise everything else needs to go into your child's bag loose or in a second lunch bag. I will say I have been incredibly impressed with the leakproof abilities of this box. I have sent a wide variety of "juicy" fruits and veggies in compartments beside items I wanted to keep dry (pretzel sticks, crackers etc) and have never had issues with a leak between compartments or even outside of the entire container. Disappointed I will likely have to invest in ANOTHER bento ahead of the school year as I am not confident in my 6 year old being able to continue to open and close the box securely after we are done with summer camp in 2 weeks.
