Loved it! No programming needed!! Came with batteries separately, so just insert batteries point to the tv and it was ready to go!!! Definitely worth the low price, better quality than expected. Works great and excellent response.

This remote is so easy to setup and operate. Plug the batteries in and it is ready to go. Response is immediate when you press the buttons so there is no more frustration and aggravation trying to navigate the "magic remote and pointer"! What a useless tool that was. So glad I bought this.

Connected right away, just needed to place the batteries. Quality is great, sturdy control. Purchased in May/2024, writing review now 10/2024 control gave up on me. Doesn’t not want to function now. For the price, lasted me 5 months. Not too bad!

This is one of those products that does exactly what it claims to do. Put the 2 included batteries in, and it completely controls all aspects of my LG TV. The Magic Remote is singularly one of the most annoying and useless tech I have encountered. The pointer, which starts when you move the remote, is almost impossible to control. There is no way to control it via the TV, LG removed all controls in one of their firmware updates. Replacing it was my only solution. So, for a minimal outlay, I have regained my sanity with a little remote that does what it is supposed to to do. Highly recommend for anyone who is likewise inconvenienced. Let me repeat, I hate that pointer feature.

Power buttons are functional and responsive to my LG Smart TV..it's the exact duplicate to my old remote that came with the LG Smart TV I bought in 2017 and everything works perfectly..I just put in the batteries and pushed the power button on and now I can watch TV without trying to squish the button down hard or tape the button 🔘 that fell out..lol picture of my old remote and the new one that comes with batteries and holder..

Worked right away without any issues. Also suddenly stopped working without any reason after about 2 months. Tried replacing batteries and still wouldn't work. I had my old remote which was working - just the case was broken so the batteries kept popping out. I opened up both remote cases, swapped the board from the old OEM remote to this case, had to snip two plastic pieces that hold the new case together to close it all back up. Long story short, I basically paid for a new plastic case to house my OEM remote board in.
