Happy with this purchase.
The media could not be loaded. Review for the Belifu Dual Channel Tens Unit Electro Muscle StimulatorSo far I like the unit. It arrived quickly and packaged nicely. Its compact and came with everything advertised. Ive had it for 10 days and I've only used it on an aching shoulder with muscle strain. I like the various settings and the intensity levels. If you order this and cannot find the touch pencil, look in the pouches that contain the large pads. At first I didn't think I received a pen but found it once I was doing the inventory of parts. The touch screen is definitely easier to use with the pen. It's not a touch screen like your smart phone that recognizes a gentle touch. If you find yourself without the pen you can use a fingernail, sometimes the finger tip might work but it is much easier with the pen.The pads that came with the device stick to my skin with no issue. I use it after a shower or if I wipe the area down with alcohol to ensure no body oil will interfere. I am not hairy on my shoulders or arms so there is no problem with the pads sticking to me. I've only used 1 set of pads and leads multiple times at this point and it all seems to be holding up well. I can tell the stickiness of the pads isn't as strong as it was to start but they still stick nicely. I've used the exact same ones at least 10 times now to see how well they continue to stick. I move them around to different positions during one session so they are getting stuck and unstuck a lot and are holding up. Obviously the stickiness will fade but I'm still happy with how well they hold up.The manual gives some suggestions on where to place the pads for the relief you need but the illustrations are really small. I go online and find out the best placement as well as more suggestions for various degrees of stimulation.I haven't experienced the charging issue others have mentioned, yet, and hopefully wont. I will continue to use it and update this if anything changes but for now its a nice purchase to relieve some aching muscles.

It works and it's high effective.
I used to go to a chiropractor before I moved who had the EMS machines. I always felt great after because it loosened up my muscles and relieved the pain. After I moved, I had a hard time finding a chiropractor that had the EMS machines. I would go to a chain chiropractor's office and get adjustments. The pain would go away but within a week, I was back to where I was before and never felt like the adjustments were effective. I decided to give this machine a try without having any expectations that it would work. Boy was I wrong. I didn't think a battery-operated unit could be as powerful as the plug-in machines at the doctor's office but this unit is just as powerful. I found out the hard way when I turned on the machine and cranked the output. I had to unplug the connection because I almost fell to the floor. Another thing I like about the machine is that I can set a timer to as much as 60 minutes. At the chiropractor's office, I was limited to a 15-minute session. Yes, that was probably enough time to be effective but I wanted more. A con of the machine is the touch screen could be improved as I found it to be less sensitive and finicky. I also wish they offered a mode where the machine would stay on and give constant stimulation and have the stimulation gradually go up and down and so forth. All the modes seem to pause at some point. Maybe I just haven't found the right one yet. I highly recommend this machine as it has helped relieve my back pain tremendously which in turn, has helped improve my mood. When you're in constant pain, it's hard to have a positive outlook. It will also save you money on trips to the chiropractor.

Happy with purchase
Initially, I thought something was wrong with my unit as it produced sime rather painful jabs on most modes and my initial review reflected my disappointment. There was one mode that I found that worked great so I decided to keep it. I found a YouTube video where a guy reviewed it and explained the difference in the EMS and TENS modes and what sensations each produced. Now I understand how it works and that my unit is not defective. In the meantime, customer service reached out to me and offered a new unit or refund. I decided to decline their offer as I feel that the unit works as it should.Thank goodness for You-Tube reviews. And thanks for the great customer service!

Muscle Ache Begone!
This works great as a part of medically prescribed rehab. I had lots of weakness as Covid and a secondary internal infection left me in a bed for two months. Physical and cardiac therapy helped with muscle strengthening, and this helped loosen tight or overused muscles to reduce pain. It’s not a panacea, but better than eating ibuprofen or opiates :)Depending on the setting, the intensity of the “shock” varies dramatically. There are some “gentler” types that can go almost to the top, but the more aggressive “massages” I start at 1/2 and slowly dial it up to about 2/3. A couple of massage types are painful if cranked too high.I’ve used this about three times a week for a couple months, usually around 30 minutes per session. The 4 segment battery indicator finally lost a bar, but barely. When I turn it on, now, it starts at four and moves to three. The battery life is outstanding. The touch lcd isn’t too sensitive - don’t expect smartphone reactivity, but it works ok. The buttons are a little cheap, but they work, sometimes with an additional press or two.The pads last about a week (3-4 uses), but a wash with a little hand soap + thorough air drying brings a little life back. When not being used, be sure to mount the pads back on to the protective sheet, or use some Saran Wrap on the tacky side, or you’ll be putting hairballs against your skin :)Really, this has been one of the best purchases I’ve made on Amazon when you consider the cost, how much it is used, and it’s overall benefit.
