It’s a new, less than 3 monthsawesome “plugging !! and no battery !! needed!” An A ++ !!The STICK CAMERA PLUGIN is Light weight color black.I have few issues: we set the camera TO DETECT PEOPLE ONLY, not responding well. It’s sending “car’s notifications” even though we live in a small neighborhood, bothers me.2-I set a different TUNE to send notifications, NOT responding. Always use the original, loud notification. —- What can we do?Besides this, hopefully will work good for a long time.Our first Ring is a wired floodlight camera black color (1 -1/2 old and doing very good.*Hopefully the next generation “the lights will be BRIGHT/WHITE, INSTEAD OF YELLOWISH” NOT ENOUGH LIGHT TO COVER OUR BIG BACKYARD.I do recommend this 2 types of Ring cameras.ONE LAST BIG COMPLAINT: I PAID BASIC SUBSCRIPTION WAS $39.99 ($40.00)SUDDENLY THEY RAISED IT TO $49.99!?($50.00!) These attachments worked fantastic on the cameras and were easy to install.

I bought these because my original Ring camera mount broke off and was stripped on the back of the camera. I was able to find these deal for 3 mounts and it was a good deal and they are sturdy and work perfectly fine to mount a ring camera on the outside of your house.

Easy to install

I love my Ring Stick Up cams. However, if you have to mount them high on the exterior home, you won’t be able to see close to your house. These mounts stick out further so you can point your Stick Up Cam downward more without the camera being impeded by the stock mount. Works great!

This item is easy to install. It is not sturdy . I had to turn and twist to adjust it then it still hung out of place. I had it on the outside and when it rains it droops then the camera gets wet and will not show a clear picture. I’m dissatisfied with this product . However, you get what you pay for. I put the original mount back up that came with the ring camera and it does a better job.

These are no ware the quality of Ring hardware. They will work, but the plastic is thin and I suspect that with the UV present in outdoor use their lifetime will be short. The studier Ring mounts that came with the product lasted two years before UV made them brittle, I suspect these will only last a year.

They are effective.
