Well made product of the highest quality.
This is a really well made and comfortable mat. It self inflates within minutes and if you prefer you can just add a bit more sturdiness by blowing a few breaths of air into the nozzle. I was camping in the Cairngorms last week in winter conditions and have used various other mats made by other companies in similar situations but none of them kept me as warm in my sleeping bag as my Gear Doctors one. The actual owner of the family based company Mike has personally contacted me for my opinion of his product and asked if I have had any problems with it which I haven't but was told by him that if there happened to be in the future he assured me that he has given all of his products a warranty that he will stand by 100% I have purchased many products from numerous sellers and have never been notified personally by the owner of the company and to me that speaks volumes of how much pride he takes in both the quality of his work and the opinion and aftercare of his customers. I have already been recommending Gear Doctors to some of my climbing colleagues.

Solid!
I bought this to take with me to Glastonbury 2022 and not only is it light and really compact when rolled up it is tough! I've had camping mats fail on me after a couple of days but with this I have so much confidence that it'll last and worth paying that bit more for. It's a large design and inflates nicely on it's own with just a bit of topping up needed to really strengthen it. Kept me warm and comfortable over the five nights and is even better when paired with a camping bed! Hope to have this for all my future camping adventures A+

Great budget option for anything the UK weather can throw at you.
You'll probably be visually disappointed on first self inflation but once you manually blow it up the first time it gets better until perfect. Used it last night in a UK woodland at 0oC. As soon as I'd been a minute on it I knew it would be good. Toasty night and surprisingly comfortable, so much so I'll stick with this and not upgrade to the thicker air mat by this company.

Excellent value for such a compact, warm, lightweight pad.
A really well put-together piece of kit. I am pursuing a highly unusual "no-rucksack" approach to wild-camping and mountain-running, so I needed the smallest, lightest winter pad I could get my hands on. The Apollo met the brief in every particular - it tucks neatly into the side-pouch of my waist-pack yet unfurls into 3.2" of cosy plushness. As a test, I slept on the summit of England's highest mountain, Scafell Pike (3209', 978m) on pretty much the longest night of the year and was plenty comfortable Temperature was around 0C/32F. I have submitted a more detailed write-up of my experience to British magazine "The Great Outdoors" and hope to get it published soon.

Awesome compact Matt
Great Matt. We’ve used it and it’s durable and comfortable. We take it with us on our travels and it’s compact enough to take on my carry on. Highly recommended!

I’ve used the Four Season Cam self-inflating sleeping pad a few times now, and overall, it’s a solid product. It offers great comfort and insulation, especially in colder conditions, and the self-inflating feature works well without much effort. However, the reason I’m giving it 3 stars is the weight. It’s noticeably heavy, which makes it less ideal for backpacking or lightweight travel. If you're car camping or don’t mind the extra bulk, it’s a great choice. But for those looking to keep their gear light, this might be a drawback. Still, the quality and comfort are there—it just depends on your needs.

Mat loopt langzaam leeg na ca. 2 weken gebruik.

Used for the first time on a 13 day hike along the 230k Larapinta trail. It could be a little wider as you can roll off the mat unless on a completely level surface. When you move your body position it is quite noisy. I did have complaints from other camping members regarding the noise so had to camp some distance away. I would not have purchased if I knew how noisy it was.
