Based on the other reviews of the product, I was hesitant to purchase the product. However, I had plenty of time to order a couple of balloons and test it out out before my event. Not only is the product cheaper than competitors, each balloon package even came with a note from the seller that the product would be replaced for free if there were any problems. I ordered 12 letters to spell out a message. I used an air pump to inflate the letters. The trick is to not wait for each section of the balloon to inflate-- you must wait for the air to leave the main compartment to inflate the smaller section of the letters. Common sense.To my pleasant surprise, NONE of the letters had any issues as described by the previous reviewers. After two months, all of the letters still hold the air! I have attached a photo of one of the balloons after two months.

This order was for a huge client of mine. I ordered 4 Es and only needed 1 All 4 busted in the same spot. So my client was not happy with me or my service that day.1 other letter had a slice in the top of the Mylar.I feel bad I didn't inflate prior to install so that I could deal with the issues prior to the job. But I trusted them and inflated them the day of....BIG MISTAKE. If you need red...I advise to order way ahead and blow up prior to when needed. So you can do damage control.Very disappointed.

Do not buy these balloons! I bought the letters A,C, and E. I opened the A package, which had been re-sealed, and tried to inflate it with helium and it did not float. I went to open the Letter E and it was stuffed in the re-sealed packed and once I pulled out the balloon it was ripped open like it had burst. I was SO disappointed because these were for my sons birthday party and there was no time to get replacements. The letter C was also in a re-sealed package, so I didn’t bother wasting my helium tank. Shame on you Amazon for selling something this low quality!

I gave 4 stars instead of 5 bc I ordered 2, and one came with the straw to inflate it and one did not. Otherwise they're very cute and the rainbow pastel colors make for great photos of my girls

This balloon would be great if it didn't leak at the valve. I did not have time to replace it so now we are going to tape it and hope that that helps it for our school event. So disappointed.

I inflated this balloon on June and it is still full of air and it looks like the first day, it's amazing how long will it last, great quality and super easy to fill up, also the price is amazing.

When my local store didn’t have these, y’all did! Love the look and quality!

Do not recommend. The E and the N were defective and would not blow up completely. A cute idea for my event became an unusable garbage pile.
