I was able to order from Amazon and then quickly write to Enya Support (with Amazon Order #), and request this order to be configured LOW G. Enya support emailed me back acknowledging the Low G request. Within a couple weeks, it arrived as ordered. The Ukulele case is plush. I’m absolutely in love this product. It has a solid, well built, quality feeling Ukulele when I hold it. The included strings are great. Plug in USB-C cable to charge. Even though there is a "speaker" inside for amplification, it's faint and only a tiny bit louder than as the strings themselves. This would be for practicing in a super quiet environment. It really doesn't have enough power to drive headphones with any volume. By added a $40 Valeton Rushead Max Headphone amp, it took this ENYA Feather Ukulele to a whole new level of enjoyment and power! WOW, it really sounds nice on headphones & Portable 15 amp Guitar Amp. Now plug the above 1/4" coupler adapter over the other end of the guitar cord. Plug Fender Mustang Micro into 1/4" coupler adapter. Use 1/8" TRS (3.5mm) plug into Fender Mustang Micro and power your headphones or guitar amp or computer. If you plug Fender Mustang Micro directly into Feather, the micro will detect an onboard active preamp and turn off circuits to prevent an overload and protect itself. By adding this extra guitar cord between the Feather and the micro, there is enough resistance to lower the signal that is allowable by Fender Mustang Micro.

I do like this ukulele. But there are a few things people should know before they buy it. 1. The color in the picture is very deceptive. The shade of blue is actually MUCH, MUCH, darker, almost black. Light has to hit it just right in order for you to see the blue hue. I was really disappointed about that, since the color in the picture is so much prettier. But it's okay. 2. The sound is beautiful, clear, and crisp, but due to its narrow body, it sounds more like a Concert uke, than a Tenor uke. It still has a beautiful sound, nevertheless. The electronic effects are fun to play with and work without an amp, which is really neat. The fret board is nice and wide, not too wide for small hands, but wide enough for large hands. Overall, it's a great ukulele. I just wish I knew about the color difference and the "Concert" like sound of this Tenor ukulele.

This ukulele is awesone. It sounds amazing, the internal speaker works great and the uke just looks amazing. Comes with an input cable, a charging cable, and a strap. The shipping was fast too. Got here in 3 days

I thought the instrument looked beautiful but for me that's where it ended. The double low G string was too resonant and the electronics I thought were poor with a lot of distortion when plugged into an amplifier

Sound quality is above average. My Kala is far superior in sound volume. Will change strings to low G.

When I opened the box and tried the ukulele I immediately heard something loose under the top of the uke-inside-rattling and buzzing. In addition to this defect, the finish was almost totally black, not at all as pictured in the ad. I am an experienced musician. Very disappointed. I immediately packed up the uke, and took it to my UPS store with a return code. The tracking shows that the uke was received by Amazon on March 22nd. Today is March 29th. My refund still has not been processed. I want my refund today!
