Highly recommend
I have been using this product for about a week. From the first day I took it, I noticed that it took away my cravings and hunger. I sat at a restaurant, ordered food and couldn’t eat it. It does not cause jitters, nervousness, or anything strange. One pill a day taken with food is all that is needed. I prefer to take mine around 3:30 pm so that I can skip dinner and begin my intermittent fasting. After 7 days of use, I have not had any side effects and I am extremely happy that this product has helped me curb my appetite. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a natural alternative. Thank you! Update: weighted myself today (day 8) lost 4 lbs. please note I have also been working out and intermittent fasting. After years of not being able to lose a pound, I finally found something that has helped me. Beyond thrilled!

It works with patience
I just started my 3rd bottle. I started taking it religiously about a month ago and it's finally kicked in. My appetite has diminished greatly (I had a lot of "food noise" in my head). Yes, you still need to be aware of what you are putting in your mouth. This has been a great alternative to the injectables and definitely less costly.

Yo las empecé a tomar y la verdad esa sensación de hambre no la sentí, no llegué a la semana porque hice alergia me empezó una picazón en todo el cuerpo y tuve que suspenderla tal vez tiene un componente que a mí no me hace bien 😢
