Aroy-DCoconut Cream, 8.5 Fluid Ounce (Pack of 12)

I've bought this particular brand of coconut cream for years and this time the texture is completely different. It isn't as creamy, it is lumpy and will not break down or froth in my cold brew coffee even when using a battery powered frother. I suspect it may have something to do with a change in the ingredients, specifically the addition of polysorbate 60. Unfortunately I am now stuck with 12 boxes of this because I cannot get a refund.

Aroy-D recently added a sticker over the old ingredient list. Previously this product said one ingredient: "100% coconut cream". Now it says Coconut cream and Polysorbate 60.Polysorbate is a harmful chemical that can compromise gastrointestinal function. It may also be a carcinogen (cancer causing).I have bought so much of this cream in the past for the main reason that it had only 1 ingredient and was "pure" and clean of additives, stabilizers and preservatives. It seems that is now (and possibly was never) correct.I am very disappointed. I will be claiming a refund on all unopened containers and not buying this product again.I wonder how much Polysorbate I consumed from this product in the past years when they hadn't yet added it to the label.
