I do a lot of pole and I absolutely swear by this pole grip! When I ran out this past week, I really felt like I was roughing it and could definitely tell the difference in my performance. I just feel a lot more secure and a lot safer when I have it on.

Great for my grip at aerial silks

It’s good, gets the job done but the bottle is awful. It’s sticky so the spray part gets stuck. When it’s cold outside and I leave it in the car, it’ll spill over. It’s weird

I previously was very loyal to using dry chalk based products but I felt like my sweat constantly absorbed it and I had to reapply very often. A friend recommended this grip spray and holy moly it was a game changer. One to two spray and it lasts

This product makes my hands super sticky and smells less toxic than some of the other sprays I've used.

DO NOT buy this for pole dancing. It's extremely tacky and sticky for a minute, then dries up and gets white, sticky residue all over the pole. It doesn't help with hand sweat and is extremely hard to wipe off the pole, and wash off my hands. I washed my hands 8+ times and they still feel gross.

It works, and a little goes a long way. But as others have stated, there’s a problem with the product leaking in the package when it gets shipped. I support small businesses and have much respect for those starting/running a business in their basement or garage. But for a product like this you’ve got to do good quality control. It’s not a good customer experience to open the package and the sticky product has leaked out from the cap. Personally, I’m keeping it because I like the natural ingredients but I’m putting the product into smaller, more secure spray bottles to take to my aerial practice.
